I have booked a ticket on 31st august 2015 from Kuwait to Calicut through Abu Dhabi. The booking reference is ‘WHPUFA’ and ticket number is ‘607-9659853827’.
The flight from Kuwait to Abu Dhabi landed one and half hour late, because of that I missed my connection flight to Calicut. I and my friends were terribly treated by Etihad ground crews at Abu Dhabi airport. They neither responded to my questions properly nor provided any refreshment room and other services. I was on chair for more than 12 hours with stress. Thank God at least your staff was kindness to provide food coupons.
I have been travelling in the flight last 12 years once in every 2 months. This is the first time I was experiencing something worst, not just a worst; worst ever happened in my life.
I am a professional working in Kuwait Drilling Company came to airport right after work. And your company kept me waiting for more than 12 hours in the airport because of that I became physically and mentally tired. I am not blaming the delay of flight but you could have provided a better service at least a refreshment room. And I haven’t received any basic services that you need to provide as per Airline regulation act.
So I would like to get compensation from Etihad airways as per Airline regulation rules for delaying my journey for 12 hours.
