I see many many indian worker work in 7 11 in malaysia bukit bintang,pudu,jalan imbi,kl sentral and many many place.their nationalitily indian,pasport also indian.but they working in 7 11 by bangladeshi fake pasport.actually some bangladeshi ajent take this pepole and make fake pasport photocopy by computer and give to 7 11 company.and the worker also work in 7 11 company.not only indian,bangladesh pepole also come by student visa,even tthey have no visa(permit finish already)they also working in 7 11..and I see indian pepole take money from the counter and escape..nd later 7 11 company think bangladesh pepole take money from the counter.but they are not bangladeshi
they are indian.some times bangladeshi also do this work,but littile bit....they also cheat with the foreinger coustomer....make everything double scan. actually the bangladesh ajent have only a company but they take pepole from the road like student visa,indian people..I give to sms to company,because I also falled cheat with the 7 11 staff....I kkindly request to 7 11 company to justyfy and certify my complain...thank you

Staff hit the basket to customer.

7-11 in Japan at Ueno shop
(Address: 4-8-1-1 Ueno, tel: 03-5828-8722), staff hit the basket to customer as foreigner.
The customer didn’t know what he said, and asked them in English. But they could not communicate each other, before the foreigner customer leave from the shop that staff hit the basket to the customer.
Is this the manner of the Japanese staff did to customer after bought your products?

I came to your 7 eleven outlet tdy at around 9.45pm to 10.15 pm . The staff at the counter was very rude . I just checked the pymnt and double chk the cash i gave .. your staff started to yell at me in inappropriate way . Pls educate or take action against your staff . I think he is not fit to wrk in the counter . His behaviour could lead to a police complaint !!!!!!

That day I bought cadbury chocolate from 7E Taman Jati Ipoh and its already metled because that store aircond breakdown. Its was so hot inside the store. It was my second time buying goods from same store and the air cond still not functioning. I notice this problem already happen 2 months. 7E is a well known company for convenience store but thing upset me so much. Hopefully management take a serious action for this problem.

They didn't pay more than 40 hour with rule.

I use 2 go 2 7-eleven at jalan.munshi abdullah melaka. Everytime i go there...surely il b no staff at d outlet..d il stay behind chatting wif their collegues... d worse thing is when u want 2 pay there's no cashier at d counter..sometimes dey wont even come out if v call dem...at times i hv knocked table to make dem out...& today d same thing happenned...but co-incidently other cust came in which d cashier's fren. Dey were talking loudly & making noise inside d premise including d cashier...prioriry given 2 dem 2 pay though dey taken deir own sweet time 2 choose item...me who came 1st need 2 wait 4 dem 2 finiz 1st..
