Complaint Regarding Missing Stamps in the App
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with the functionality of your app. Despite making purchases totaling RM 10 or more on seven different occasions, I have encountered an issue where the app fails to display the most recent stamp I earned.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter, as I am eager to utilize my accumulated stamps for redemption purposes.
Attached to this message, you will find the receipts for my purchases made on September 11, 2023, with the following reference numbers:
Receipt Numbers: RCPT02-064811 to RCPT02-064817
I kindly request that you investigate and resolve this issue promptly. Your assistance in rectifying this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Hi.. saya sebagai customer sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan pengurusan 7eleven berjaya timesquare level LG.. ketika kejadian sy ingin membuat bayaran seorang staff berpangkat supervisor atau manager telah membuat bising dan memarahi seorang staff foreigner kerana kesalahan kerja.. semase sy hendak membuat bayaran mereka tidak respect dengan customer sy terpaksa tunggu ye sehingga mereka selesai dgn masalah mereka.. mana respect mereka dgn customer bising2 depan customer dan tinggalkan customer di kaunter cashier yg hendak membuat bayaran ??? This is nonsense!! I hope u staff have training to respect customer... Customer first !

Rude staff
I went to 7e Kampung Tun Razak at 11.30 pm tonight (28th Jan 2023). Staf named Ainaa is very rude. I asked for Heets with purple colour but she gave me the the green one. I said not the green but purple colour. Then she replied “mana saya tahu”, for the third time i told her the purple colour. I said don’t talk rude because you are dealing with customer. She shouted at me and said “pakcik dah kenapa” with angry face. I replied to her “ You must work with behave” and then left.

I went to the store twice and was treated very badly by the same person, the first time was on 8 January 2023 at about 7 p.m... the staff was a young Indian lady who scolded me when I asked about shopee pay. Then second time, this morning 9 January 2023 at about 8.20 a.m, the same person gave the balance of insufficient money. Please take action or I will report to the responsible party. thank you.

STAFF RUDE
Tadi saya pergi beli aiskrim dekat 7E Lubok Jong(Bandar Baru Pasir Mas), dekat kaunter ada sorang akak tengah bayar. Then, saya pergi la letak aiskrim tu kat kaunter tu. Lepastu ada la beberapa orang datang beratur belakang akak tu(belah kiri), saya belah kanan. Eh, boleh pulak staff tu buat xtahu, dok settlekan yang belah kiri je, sedangkan saya yang datang dulu.. kalaupun nak saya beratur belah kiri, boleh je bagitahu, ni buat saya ni macam tak wujud, macam tunggul dok berdiri kat situ.. last² saya blah

Safety
I want to tell you about the condition of the store in jalan cempaka...do they not care about the safety of customer? I go there often and several times I stumbled in front of the counter.The floor is uneven and makes people trip and almost fall...please do something...renovate or whatever It's about our safety as customers..you need to change the floor mosaic okay... customer service is okay because the malay worker is so friendly...I can't remember her name but she works in the evening shift I go there usually at 7 or 8 pm...so i just wanna complain about the store condition please take action 7Eleven just for our safety...

SevenEleven Jalan TokJembal,kuala nerus Terengganu..setiap pagi tutup alasan ke tandas dgn kadar masa yg lama..setiap hari!!..mustahil kalau sakit perut..sampai ramai yg menunggu kat luar patah balik..sy pernah tunggu dari pukul 7 sampai 7.40 pagi..staff Bernama Hakimi...kalau nak kerja..buat cara nak kerja..Jangan asyik curi Tulang!!sila ambil tindakan..beliau telah menyusahkan pengguna disini

cara staff tersebut memang tiada mesra alam dengan pelanggan.
Petang tadi saya bayar bil TNB..
Cara staff hulur tangan ambil duit dan bagi resit pembayaran tadi memang kurang ajar.. kalau penat atau apa tolong jaga cara awak dengan pelanggan.. saya harap staff tersebut dapat tindakan atau kauseling dengan pihak 7e malaysia.. saya harap tiada pelanggan yang lain kena mcm saya tadi.. nasib saya tak tangkap gambar staff tersebut.. mohon 7e malaysia ambil tindakan.. terima kasih

tertipu!!!!!
I went to 7-11 in Laman Rimbunan on 9 Sept 2021. I went to buy haagen daz and saw the promotion 3 @ RM 19,90. So I took 3 haagen daz and pay at the counter. They charged me original price 1 @ 11.90 so total is RM 35.70. I told the Indian staff and she said this promotion is ended at 30th Aug and blamed me didn't see clearly BUT the promotion card didn't state any promotion date!!!!!I tole her I want to cancel my order but she said manager was not there!!!I was cheated!!!!!Never mind.I requested to use RM 3 e voucher to deduct and she said system was down.....i was like wtf!!!!!!!!Again,i will never ever visit this store...

Pada 22/03/2021 jam lebih kurang 00:25 mlm saya telah pergi ke 7eleven Jalan Pasir Akar untuk membeli top up digi RM30 sekeping, RM10 tiga keping dan sekotak air.semasa saya masuk dan ingin menulis nama pada buku saya meminta pen daripada staff disitu tetapi tidak diendahkan,lalu saya abaian .semasa ingin membuat bayaran saya bertanya pada staff tersebut berapa jumlah perlu dibayar akan tetapi staff tersebut dengan kurang ajar menyuruh saya mengira sendiri.saya mengingatkan bahawa itu adalah tugasnya, namun staff tersebut meneluarkan kata kata tidak sewajarnyakepada saya.dan kami bertengkar.Disini saya tidak berniat untuk menjatuhkan reputasi 7eleven dengan meviralkan di sosial media.Saya amat berharap tindakan sewajarnya diberikan kepada staff tersebut yang bernama MUHAMMAD AZWAN IZNAN.Terima kasih

Staff 7-E number 2740 kurang beretika
Pada 1/2/2021 saya telah ke 7-E store number 2740 Balok Perdana Kuantan. Setelah scan my sejahtera , saya terus masuk dan tiada seorang pun staff di kaunter dan perkara ini adalah biasa di cawangan ini di mana staff suka menyembunyikan diri di dlm bilik staff dan hanya keluar bila dengar loceng berbunyi. Masaalah di sini adalah setiap kali masuk staff akan bertanya dah scan ker belum. Kalau dia berada di kaunter, sudah pasti staff akan dpt melihat customer yang masuk samada sudah scan atau belum. Kalau dah berkali-kali di tanya memang akan mengundang kemarahan customer.
Pihak Mgmt 7-E tolong nasihat sikit kat branch 2740 ni supaya tak payah menyorok dlm bilik.

my sejahtera ditampal di pintu masok,
saya nak scan my sejahtera,tapi staff 7e(perempuan melayu betudung dan berbadan besar paling besar di situ) menolak pintu dalam keadaan marah ( gaduh dengan orang kat dalam)
sehingga hampir terkena muka saya yang tengah nak scan code.saya tegur staff tu kalau kena saya mcmmana? kalau sy cedera kt muka macamna? staff tu tarik pintu grill tu tak pedulikan saya,tanpa sebarang kata maaf.
tak payah la tampal my sejahtera tu lagi di pintu masok. bimbang nanti ada lagi yang jadi kes mcm saya.

Rude
I went to buy some food items... 9.45 am 7 eleven straight row with Hong Leong Bank.
Total is rm6.20. so I gave RM 10
So the balance must be rm3.80
But the Malay staff guy wearing eyeglass gave me the change with RM 3.50
When I ask about it. He tell me rudely with hard voice that no coins.. how come morning shift float drawer no enough of coins.
You guys must be have float money right...take note of this store manager...

The staff aren't wearing any mask
The staff of 7 eleven are very unsung heroes. This is because 7 eleven aren't provided safety equipment such as mask and glove to them regarding to the serious case currently happening right now which is Covid-19. This is a serious matter since the staff are asking to work even though in this situation. To the 7 eleven team management, please being thoughtful and open minded. The staff itself are human being just like all of you who wanted to be healthy and alive for their family. Finally, please provide filter masks, gloves and hand sanitizer to the staff who are working harder for your profit, as much as you could. This is an important request as your request to the staff to change the planogram every months. Thank you.

staf indian yang kerja di 7e sebelah klinik kiru, banyak kali saya pergi memang muka sombong, dan menyampah.. saya ingat saya yang perasan, rupanya ada juga ramai yang terkena dengan sikap sombong dia.. kalau nampak dia dalam 7e terus saya keluar, x masuk 7 e ni.. kerja buat cara kerja, tanya pun jawab dengan cara sombong... memang sanggup g 7e kat tepi mempaga segar dari pergi 7e ini kalau ada staf ratu india tu... harap akan ada improvement dari kesopanan tu...

7eleven store number 1596,staff name:-milo ,i was just visited in kualalumpur for 7 days,i was brought some product from 1596 store,after payment i was ask about my reciept,but he not gave to me,he tell me computer problem,and he overcharge may be 10 rm up with my buying .second time i aslo go night time staff,same like this,they give me balance that was 20 rm difrrent.why staff like this .if like this letter who will go and buy products from 7 eleven .shit

Kesusahan untuk menebus poke plates. Pergi caw dcattleya xde stok sbb caw baru katanya. Ok la boleh terima sbb staff layan baik, siap bg belon dekat 2 anak. Pergi caw senawang jaya, habis katanya. Oklah. Positif lg. Pergi pula caw taman kemuning senawang, ada katanya tapi boleh tebus 1 sahaja. Kesian la dekat anak aku 6 tahun tu, dia yg beriya ajak tebus tp dpt 1 je. Aku tny staff tu knp boleh tebus 1 je? Jwpn dia sbb ada 2 je, kejap lg ade org lain plak nk dtg. Kejadah apa nk bg org lain plak? Aku ckp bg jelah. Knp xboleh plak?kalau mcm tu baik aku xyah teman anak aku tebus then lps tu aku plak masuk nk tebus. Same jgk tebus satu kan aku xkp kt staff tu. Ttp xnak bg jugak. Tny nama manager, JUWAIRAH. betul tah tidak xtau la. Nama staff tu aku lupa tny. Hrp dpt pengajaran la ye.
