19 cig in a 20 pack

I have just been to the spar for 20cigs when I opened them it looked like some were missing as I counted them about 12 times there was only 19 cig how bad is that they put the price of cig up and try under handing us by taking 1 back I'm not a happy person right now grrrrrrrr
