I thought I was going crazy the first time I realised I paid for a 20 pack of sterling fresh taste & saw secretly "19" written on the side of the box. It's not clever as when you take a cigarette from a 20 pack it's evident as there is a space where it was. Except when you open a pack of sterling fresh taste you feel like someone's taken from you, I'm totally disgusted and seeing all these comments and complaints today has just confirmed it for me. To go from that to now getting packets of 18! And now 17... I had to find a complaints forum as I thought enough is enough.
