cheated

I was cheated of ~S$400++ of my credits because agdo refused to refund to my new credit card although I had provided the information saying that is for security.

the customer service did not help especially Mr Yoga is very arrogant when he spoke to me! he even challenged me to change to other website to book hotel, and why should I?

for anyone reading this, and for your information i stayed with them for 2-3 yrs, and YES!! they cheated on my credits saying that they cannot credit back into my new credit card and asked me to check with my old credit card bank to ask back for the money. can you beleived this! they are passing their issue to a 3rd party who is a bank, i cannot believed what i heard from Yoga.

i will not hesitate to call CASE singapore to complaint about them.

i felf like a fool using AGODA!

very annoyed customer.
