false advertisment 300% service charge

re:Agoda case refence: 100319538 -ST.
I am in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC and FCC and FBI because your company will not honor the booking price offered on the opening page, and my booking process attempts of 4 different occasions with 4 different bookings at the same location. Your service fees of over $3000 on a $1,125 is 300% over the cost of the booking price offered for the " Deal of the Day" " Last room at this price" and other promotional language on the screen shots below offered as evidence. Your company is responsible for the outrageous %300 service fees, That is generated by AGODA. The hotel price is NOT the problem it is the unreal, un orthodox and unethical usurped "SERVICE FEE & TAXES" Agoda is tagging on at the end.
I have being attempting to resolve this for 4 days now with two representatives, one called Sarrel, and another called Xing with NO LAST NAME.
Your company has ignored the defective booking data I offered below in screen shots , videos, and links to my drop box long video of the entire booking process showing Agoda is in gross error and you will not remove the erroneous 300% service fee at the time of booking/.

Your company has ignored me me with excuses and delays and no resolution to remove the booking fees and allow me to book at the promised prices offered in my screen shots. So I am filing a complaint with 3 US Federal Agencies and I will post this information and tell others who now ask me for referrals for a hotel booking OTA. False advertisments and illegal scams to lure customers into booking at offered prices and not honoring the industry and Agoda standard 15% service fees and taxes.
Your evasive tactics to confront this problem and honor the booking price without the illegal booking fees will not be addressed with the FTC and FCC and the FBI .
This same scam happened 6 days in a row with 4 separate booking attempts, all ending in 300% service charge fees at the very end when trying to make payment on the room booking deal and the normal 15% service fees. I have videos and screen shots of all and sent them on to the FTC and FBI internet web frauds unit, since NO ONE replied to me or even attempted to resolve this in a honorable good faith way.

Never refunded a canceled booking which

Terrible service, located in Thailand but they have a UK number, must be a virtual number. Never refunded a canceled booking which was legit in San Diego. When you try to call them to fix the problem, you have to enter your confirmation booking number. The system is smart to figure out if it's a future or past booking. If it's a past booking and you need to fix a problem, like your bill, they won't connect you. If it's a future booking, they'll talk to you over the phone and promise refunds but never do. Hate them.

I've used these guys before and have never had a problem. When I did, it was my fault. I didn't read the booking conditions which highlight the fees associated with cancelations. Have you checked what type of booking you made? Was it non-refundable? Regarding the voice system, it DOES recognize PAST bookings as I just used it to get a receipt. So you are wrong here. Check the booking conditions first, then, if you think you are in the right, send them a mail at [email protected] This is the customer satisfaction team - I've used them and they were good. Check to see if the issue wasn't with you before you slander them. Just a thought.

Pathetic that they can't even get back within the promised time and that they can't handle cancellations properly

I canceled my booking 1.5 months prior. Got a cancellation email, but still got charged the full amount. I noticed this in my bank statement. Contacted customer service, waited 36 hours (they promise to get back within 24) then sent a second customer service contact. Waited 72 hours, and then called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Pathetic that they can't even get back within the promised time and that they can't handle cancellations properly.

I'm not surprised they take so long to reply. Agoda.com is such a bad company they must be overwhelmed with complaints.
