Fraud transaction

I m very disappointed to write about agoda reservation for hotels. I have booked hotel in goa for oct 2017 but cacilled the booking and received confirmation for cancilation also. Suddenly on 12 th oct midnight by 1 a.m got the transaction alert from my sbi credit card ,immediately called sbi customer care and inform them not to transact this amount 41920.28inr. Blocked my card on the spot. Now sbi credit card saying transaction done by agoda.com. Now sending mail again and again to agoda.com with my bank statement which proves that fraud transaction done by them. They are not responding only. There is no other way where I can speak to some one. They have toll free no. But it is only for hotel bookings not for greiviences. Kindly help me to solve this problem.
