Refund of airfares approved but never received

Air Asia approved an refund for cancelled flights but money never received despite contacting company several times for 18 months.

Unresponsive

Complaint- CAS-13350495-NYNTBD- dated 12/15/15- will respond within 14 days- now the 01/10/16 and still no response.

Complaint is in relation to me suffering an injury that resulted in surgery and being unable to fly.

I have submitted all relevant documentation (doctors certificates, proof for my partner and I being in a relationship) Every hoop they have set for me I have obediently jumped through but now they are no longer responsive and are refusing to provide a refund or a credit for future flights.
