Flight cancellation refund - cheating

A loyal AirAsia customer who has travelled to about 7 countries using just mine and my husband's AirAsia account is now being given a refund of 98 INR for a REFUNDABLE ticket costing 1550!! I made a genuine mistake of booking a flight from Goa to Blore instead of Blore to Goa (PNR: PN8Y3A)
Trip ID Cleartrip/Ixigo: 17080445932)
When I call AirAsia they deduct base fare of 901 INR and then say its upto Cleartrip to give you back whatever they want out of this
Then there is Ixigo, through which I booked tickets that showed me the fares as below:

Inline image 1

A little bit of research and I understand DGCA guidelines that my cancellation fee CANNOT exceed base fare and fuel surcharge. I don't see any fuel surcharge component in my ticket above and hence I assume out ot INR 1550, only 901 INR is deducted and rest is paid back to me
PFB article from Hindudtan times stating this:

http://www.hindustantimes.com/business-news/pay-less-for-cancelling-flight-tickets-get-easy-returns-from-today/story-bfZp5j007XFrBNtL8r0bsJ.html

The regulator has ordered that airlines shall not levy any additional charge to process the refund and must “refund all statutory taxes and fees to passengers in case of cancellation, non-utilisation of tickets and no-show”. This provision is also for all types of fares offered, including promos/special fares and in cases where the basic fare is non-refundable

Also refer to the DGCA guidelines http://dgca.nic.in/kyrdgca/KYR_portal.html that states PSF, UDF and taxes should be refunded.
I understand I booked through vendors portals but apparently airlines is held responsible to ensure anything other than base fare (PSF, UDF etc.) is refunded to the customer!

In case of purchase of tickets through a travel agent or portal, the onus of the refund shall lie with the airlines, the DGCA has said, as “agents are their appointed representatives”.

I think its very unfair to refund a mere 6% of charges for a REFUNDABLE ticket especially to a loyal customer like me who is an avid traveller and has always used AirAsia for all my international travels!!

I demand an explanation on refund of INR 98 on a ticket price of INR 1549. I am willing to take this up on social media, if need be and also to write to DGCA seeking explanation & clarity via twitter, facebook etc.

And the best part is I cant even cancel ticket owing to some server issue!

flight schedule

With utmost despair and disappointment I am writing to you after 4 days of my horrible journey with Air Asia. ( this is the day when I feel I have recovered mentally and physically after the total drain out air Asia experience)

I booked air Asia for the first time and believe me it was a nightmare.

I was travelling alone for an official trip to Ranchi and had a brief meeting , therefore I decided to complete the visit in a single day. Also , I have a small child at home , whom I cannot leave for long so I usually plan brief trips. Since, no other 0 stop evening flights were available , I went for Airasia . Everybody told me that airasia flights are never on schedule ,but since I wanted to try it once and also since there was no other option , I went for this one which was to depart from Ranchi at 1720 hrs and I would have reached back by 7 PM in Delhi .

To my dismay , as soon as I landed in Ranchi, I got to know that the evening flight is late by 3.5 hrs and will depart at 2055 hrs ( very late and unsafe time to depart from a city like Ranchi and very late and unsafe time to arrive in Delhi). I received The flight delay message at 0030 hrs, i.e. few hours prior to my onward flight to Ranchi , when nobody would have got up and seen the message. After landing, I reached out to the air Asia staff at Ranchi airport and tried my best to explain them my problem and also requested them to arrange an alternate flight option for me by tying up with Indigo/ airindia. I wasted almost an hour but to no relief. I reached late for the meeting after the discussion and attended the meeting. My colleagues suggested me to take a hotel room and stay for a few hours rather than be out in a "not so safe" city. I paid for the hotel room and asked them to retain the room till evening and when I was prepared to check out ,I got a message that the flight is further delayed by an hour. I had to pay extra to stay extra and then leave at weird hours in the Ranchi city to reach the airport.

The flight arrived in the midnight and I had to hire a cab which demanded a very high fare but was safe since we use it regularly for official purposes.

The time I reached home , my son had slept in disappointment waiting for the whole evening for his mom!

I demand a compensation and answers to the following:

Who pays for all the trouble I faced?
Who pays for the unnecessary hotel charges?
Who pays for the food charges that I incurred during the stay?
Who pays for the hiked cab charges ( late night)?
Who pays for the delay in arrival at the official meeting due to callous airasia staff attitude?
Who pays for the trouble my son faced waiting for his mom?

I request appropriate answers to all my questions above before I move to consumer forum or appropriate media groups.

Rude and illiterate cabin crew

I have been to flight to Goa.. One cabin crew girl with the name of Renu Kadyan were very rude. Forcing us to buy their products. Clearly told her not feeling well but she disturbed me thrice in flight just to sell their products. When i asked for water, she clearly refused ro give and used abusive language.. People like her sucks and will never ever take Air asia again in my life..

no show information need help for refund

We are a group of 40 people and i am putting this information on the behalf of the whole group, having a booking for kuala lumpur on june 5, 11:10 pm. We had booked through a travel agent and he was our point of contact. The travel agent has apparently committed suicide on May 30 and all our booking details etc are missing and we will have to cancel everything. We have a group booking with reference number B9KKUL and now dont know what to do as we will want to reschedule or cancel our tickets. A police complaint will be lodged shortly regarding this. In the meantime requesting air asia to help. I have lodged a complaint on theie e form but no complaint reference number was given to me. What should i do to track my case??????
