Air Canada

Try to avoid Air Canada flights even when I try to use my points. Also when I don't. Worst airline possible and they thing they are the best -. Wonder what world they are living in

TD Aeroplan

I have spent hours of my time trying to book business/first class flights from Vancouver to Lisbon - they are quite willing to take the points out of my account for business/first class and send me practically around the world with most of the flight being in economy. When I switch my search to premium economy – same thing. This is outrageous - I am not going to use my aeroplan visa card now - as I can never get the flights I want in the class I want. This upsets me as I have been a TD customer for probably over 40 years and have loved the people in the branches I have dealt with. Too bad TD has to suffer because of Aeroplan’s terrible product and ugly customer service. And will now pursue collecting travel points on other travel reward cards. TD you need to get on aeroplan’s back as well as you will be losing credit card holders if they don't clean up their act.

CELIA FROM AEROPLAN

I called to complaint and asked totalk to the supervisor. What I got was CELIA. Good grief. Canada must be very shortage of manpower. She told me what I have told her would be documented. She better be, and write down every single word she has said. Such as "I DON'T CARE", "YOU BETTER BE", "I WON'T TELL YOU" ..She lied, lied about talking to the customer which she never did.

Wish that Aeroplan really recorded the conversation and teach the next generation.

Aeroplan sucks!

2 IDENTICAL REWARD BOOKINGS on the EXACT SAME FLIGHTS on the EXACT SAME DATES (Calgary-Copenhagen-Calgary). I completed the booking using United Mileage Plus wherein the total fees for a 60, 000 mile award was $203.30. By comparison, the booking using an Aeroplan 60, 000 mile award (for exact same flights, exact same date, exact class of service would be $650.56. And the funny part, the United award is for seats on the Air Canada flights!!!

When I contacted Aeroplan for an explanation of the $447 fee difference, Supervisor Mindy from Montreal called with no explanation, just excuses and treated me like crap. Customer Service at Aeroplan???? Not in this lifetime.
