scam-fraud

the new modus of chinese suppliers on chinese websites was to scam, cheat innocent good buyers around the world, by making different names and sites of their company. so that they will not be identified as a scammer or a fraud. like yuanda international trade co., ltd. for instance, is not a genuine company but one of a hoax company. the people behind this enormous scam will create many different names of a company that never been exist, so that if they already victimized a good buyer they can easily leave that site and never heard from them again. because automatically the victim will made a complaint to the b2b or to the host online shop like alibaba.com, madeinchina.com, china.cn, and made-in-china.com to name a few chinese websites. from then feedbacks, complaints will be posted in the internet or a blog by the victim as a warning from other good buyers. now, other buyers will be careful on choosing a supplier and they will look with a chinese supplier who dont have a negative feedback or complaints, but not knowing that the company name was also operated by the same scam and by the same people behind the fraud and on standby to cheat and fooled another innocent good buyers.<br />

scam-fraud

Well, I am a China wholesaler of security systems, alarm systems and I have online store at aliexpress http://www.aliexpress.com/fm-store/508818/all-wholesale-products.html as well.
I read through the complains and feel sorry for the bad things.
The complains remind me something as well such as make product description clear, photos exactly same as what is selling, make deficiency part clear of warning etc.
As a China new B2C supplier, we are too in rush to put on our products to sell. So, we just simply display a photo, describe product, even no listing of items included, package status etc. And we have language expressing difficulty, some people even use software to transfer from Chinese to English directly. Generally in China, we always recheck the products information before buying.
Anyway, I think we should learn and do more of how to display and sell on B2C platform to avoid complain. And buyers should better recheck the product information before buying. Of course, the seller should be more responsible for the deals.
