Violation of rules and restriction of customer

It has been 3 months when I ordered an item but Aliexpress seems to do anything to protect the buyer and act unlawfully according to their protection programme!!! I have opened dispute and it overdue 2 or 3 times. Now its again extended. Aliexpress doesnt do anything to solve it and only extend time over and over again without any result as it is obvious that seller made a mistake. Now I dont have money nor the item and Im very upset of their behavior. They dont follow any rules and extending the dispute endlessly. I no longer know upon whom should I turn. I have recently contacted Escrow who direct me to Alipay so Im also trying to contact them but without any response. Does anyone know where should I wrote or who should I contact?
