one plus 5 ordered and paid full in advance but was never deliverd and was forced to cancel everytime I called

Me:sure i was expecting order by 25th but after following up till 27th i rescheduled it as i had to go out station. The customer care people wanted me to to cancel it but i did not as i wanted the phone

Me:after rescheduling and still not getting it for two days i had no other option than listening to customer care people and cancel it

but i was assured that i will be able to order from same account on same price as an exception
now i have been following up to give me the same in written but they are not writing it but say that i will get a cash back as the personnel has mentioned it in their chat and i dont trust them this way any more
i cancelled on i think 8th oct

Me:i am rewriting 1. i was told to cancel as the order was lost in transit 2. i was told to reorder and was assured of same price 3. i had a exchange value of 4500 for my redmi 2 and ten percent cash back 3. but i waitied till d time i get my refund as it would be blocking double d amt 4. now my final concern is i m not getting the same exchange value it has reduced to 3400 from 4500 and ten percent cash back promise needs to be reassured
