On July 3, 2019 we called because our conditioner was not working and here we are August 3, 2019 and it still is not fixed correctly. We are now waiting again for authorization so the can fix the leak and put more Freon in.

This is terrible service. I call and get the runaround. I am told the claim is approved but they have not sent the authorization over to the company so they can repair it.

We live in AZ it is 111 today.
