I went in for a consultation and was given information about treatments and what to expect. I signed the contract and was given my first laser treatment. I walked out and had a horrible headache, pain in my teeth and sinuses, and burning sensations in my lips. I called the very next day and was completely put through the wringer given all types of names and phone numbers of people supposedly trying to help me. No one helped and now I have some sort of balance I am responsible for because they will NOT rescind my contract. My pain lasted for three days and now I have a bill to pay every month for something I do not want and cannot take. They said all of this must be a coincidence and that there is no way that the treatment could have caused these intense reactions. I will be disputing this claim, reporting them to the better business bureau and any where else I can sue the company for complete negligence. If anyone is reading this and can provide any remedy I would appreciate it.

they are supposed to document every client . with photos and incident reports...( ask them for a copy, which i can guarantee they wont have because they never follow the protocol) if they don't have it you can sue. also a helpful hint...a doctor is supposed to be present in any laser center in Illinois in order for it to operate. the doctor IS NEVER THERE. They get away with breaking their own rules and should be stopped! i worked for this company and have seen things you wouldn't believe ...forging of financial documents, lying about treatment results, and try asking a technician about how laser hair removal works and they have no idea.

I entered an online contest and 3 days later the calls started. After listening to the lady describe their services during the first call, I politely stated I needed to think about things and would call them if I wanted to make an appointment. She said that was great and she'd send me an email with info. No email ever came. Instead, 2 days later, another phone call. I explained how I was already called, but the person on the line didn't seem to care or undertand what I was saying. I had to hang up on her because she wouldn't listen to me telling her I was not interested. This was 14 days ago. Since then, I have been called (like clockwork) every other day and they won't stop. I asked to be removed from their call list, and they said they couldn't do that. HUH? If this is any example of how American Laser Centers operate, I would suggest NEVER doing business with them.

they aren't telemarketers!! they are the laser technicians fighting for a commission deal!!
