I parked in disabled bay and when i came out i had a ticket from smart parking
my card had dropped down as i had my windows down and my dog in car and it was windy
i wrote explaining situation as you said i could appeal
This happened on the 25/2/2014
i have heard nothing from smart parking
and have recently been told by a friend that they don't always get in touch and that i can just be stopped by police and a balliff and told to get out of my car unless i pay a fine of goodness knows what?????

and people will simply stop using Asda in Wakefield, well i certainly will and i have shopped there for years

both my partner and i have shopped at your store both wakefield and barnsley and found you very helpfull untill on the 18th 3rd 14 i received a parking ticket from smart parking .after all the times i,ve been to one of your stores this is the first time i have got one of these we are both disabled and it takes us some time to get round plus on that day my partner who is diabetic felt abit ill so we popped into your caffee i think it disgusting to get a ticket when your store was the only one we called at unfortunatly r wilford
