PRESENT COMPLAINT
Dear Sir/Madam
As agreed the first account was more than R215.50 and then you told me that there will never be an account higher than R215.50

What happened
The account of R300.04.

Will you please explain to me, .

I will stop the debit order if you do not give me a proper answer and pay you cash the R215.50 .
I am referring this too the consumer board as I kept all the e-, mails as evidence

As per our telephone discussion this months invoice is high due to partial charges which is the once off thing.
Going forward your invoices will be the agreed amount.

Quite Impressed: AUTOPAGE as a well known and trusted company loaded the free airtime on the 17th December.

Why not over the moon as the lady did not respond to my e-mail asking her to inform me which date the Airtime will be loaded.

We as South Africans do not bring poor service under the attention of Companies that they can improve. Places here have to wake up and learn from overseas where you do get good service and if not your complaint is taken seriously and it will not be ignored.
