Housekeeper

I already said what I had to say.Wrongfully accused of my time.I do my job excellent everyday plus more and do it well.I shouldn't have to tell my co-workers things they suppose to be doing!!!That's the managers job!!I take pride in what I do.And it's a hurtful thing when others don't and I call that double work when I have to go back and get it to the way it's suppose to be!!!I'm going be on my job 20 years as of Oct.2nd!!

Horrible company

The managers do whatever they want. They have no sense of ethics at all. They have several inappropriate relationships between management and upper management. They hire in their friends, giving them high paying positions, without ever considering someone who has worked there for years and actually DESERVE the position. And forget about raises, those are only for the people that they know and like outside of Belk. The store manager and assistant store manager walk through the store holding hands, being very unprofessional. As long as you're friends with them, then you can be a part-time manager and they will let you pick your schedule. If you're not, you will be picking up their slack working WELL over forty hours a week, while their little friend can work twenty and still keep his title. They lie and say they have flexible scheduling, but if you have another job they won't attempt to work around it. They spew out lie after lie with no consequence to it.

Employee ridicule

While I was on he dock today.. I had just started with the company and the lady who they call visual( jess) started saying cuss words and talking bad about another stm.. I was very bothered and I think she needs a little church in her life.. I don't like to here these words. Please help. She is mad about putting out her signs. For xmas. But I thought that's what visual did?

higher price on a robe within 2 days

I ordered a robe on 5/2 wanted 2 more the price was almost 2 times higher no help from customer service lorinda burgess
