Despite following the requirements laid out by the company to ensure I got a risk free chance to try a skin product for a full 30 -I still got charged for the product. When I called the company they acknowledged my previous phone call cancelling any further shipments but apologised for the fact that I was told to keep the product to enjoy. As I did not return the product I was then charged. The staff member told me that an investigation would be made into why I was not given the correct information. Numerous attempts were made by the staff member to extort further money from me to close the account ( even claiming to give me their staff discount). When I told them that I had no money and their payments had put me over my credit card limit, they agreed that U could return the products at my cost. I have yet to see if I get a refund. I have contacted my credit card company to see if I can get the payments returned as I told them not to take the payments twenty days prior-I advised the company check their recorded calls!
