Bitdefender put in auto renew license of $89 for 1 PC without my consent and I disputed with Paypal intern asked to work with vendor. I contacted
Bitdefender support group to my surprise they asked for $70 to cancel my order!!! I recorded conversation with them. I opened several supports tickets and so far nothing really happens.

I am out $89 and no product

I purchased Bitdefender antivirus plus security for my internet processed by Avangate with a discounted amount of 31.99 USD. From my Mastercard, there are two charges came out. Both description in the statement appear as avg8.com*bitdefender.c AMSTERDAM NLD 39.95 USD & 31.99 USD both dated 9/29/14.

I dispute the charge of 39.95 which I did not authorize and therefore, I request to have it returned to my Mastercard ASAP.

Avangate BV have failed to reimburse my Paypal account for Bitdefender which due to language problems failed to work. Bitdefender have agreed the refund but Avangate tell Paypal "No Refund".

I purchased Bitdefender and paid via Paypal to Avangate. The product translated all registration into Thai language which I could not understand, but it took Bitdefender Support 4 days to acknowledge my complaint. Two days later they (Bitdefender) said they would refund my money in full, but I got a message from Paypal saying "No Refund". I have since emailed Avangate and Bitdefender many times but all go unanswered. Avangate are responsible for this as the supplier of the software has already agreed a refund. I will never do business again with Avangate.
