I have received, with thanks, correspondence addressed to myself from Ms Josephine Ngirima dated 31/01/2011, Mr Livingstone Nyenje dated 30/01/2012 and Dr Joseph Muleka dated 31/01/2012.I also note receipt of an email from my former acquaintance, Mr Francis Kalafa, now of Mukono, Uganda and my recent professional colleague, Bishop Peter Onyango of Kisumu, Thank you all for your suggestions and feedback.Please be informed that I stand by the contents of my recent correspondence.
I have already responded to Bishop Onyango due to my past and possibly future ministry associations with him and will respond to Mr Kalafa when I visit Uganda in the imminent and impending future.
My professional colleagues and ministry partners have read with great interest Mr Ayienga's online columns, "Luke Tamu" which appears on almost all internet search engines. In one earlier edition, he asserts the following, " my African friend, Luke Tamu is a thief...". Be dully and accordingly informed that Luke Tamu is already a registered trademark and Luke Tamu's products including published works(books) and resources are marketed online.Because of the importance of this brand to myself and my stakeholders it is now important that we truly and fully protect it and prevent misuse. Part of this is to ensure that the mark is not used in a slanderous manner or facts altered in anyway. While Mr Ayienga launched an abusive online campaign against me in February, March 2011, It was not until October or November 2011 that others (known to Mr Ayienga) started bringing accusations against him. I reiterate the fact that I have not published anything against Mr Ayienga SAVE a short article, categorically denying Ayienga's suggestions.
We have reviewed all your articles, while we are flattered with references to the products, ministry and projects, your references to Luke Tamu could dilute the goodwill that has been developed over many years. As a result, we request and require that you remove all your articles voluntarily and or you make the necessary corrections.In addition, we request you remove emails you allege to have been mailed by myself to you from search engines as they have no merit to the matters confronting you. I have no time to sit down and attack you ( or anyone else) online and your suggestions that Im responsible for articles against you are simply false and malicious.
As an individual, I'm sure you are aware of the significance of the matters raised herein, and we would ask for your help in ensuring that the names are used correctly.
