Opened my shipment without my permission despite saying they won't

I specially told them not to open/repack my shipment and even contacted customer support to ask if it's mandatory. They told me they won't unless I set my account to repack them, which I didn't and made sure it was set to no.
Their service isn't cheap either. So beware.

Won't be using them again. Ever.

Delivered to a different country

Borderlinx switched my package with another one and delivered it to a different country. it was expected to receive my shipment since 11 August But it didn't arrive. i contacted borderlinx and they told me that my shipment was switched with another one to another country and they will correct this problem and redirect the shipment to the correct destination. the status of the waybill of my shipment is: (returned to shipper!!) and the shipper(which is borderlinx) don't know anything about it.!! i am waiting from 2 weeks and until this moment they cant resolve my problem. i tried to resolve this issue with their customer support but with no success.

NO response & NO update the shipment status after goods received by Borderlinx

Borderlinx Service Is Unbelievably Bad
DON'T EVER USE BORDERLINX - CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL MAKE YOU DIE EARLY FROM FRUSTRATION! I updated my new shipping address on their website under 'My Account' and saved it, however the website did not capture that information and reverted to my old shipping address. When I discovered my packages were on their way to my old address, I immediately went online to rectify the problem with the helpline operator. The operator who served me was 'Oliver'. He basically told me to call the local DHL office to sort the matter of re-delivery myself. He refused to see that the problem was one of Borderlinx and that Borderlinx had the responsibility of rectifying it. Furthermore he did not provide a local DHL office number to me so I was expected to go through the inconvenience & rigmarole of getting my parcels delivered to the right address. I wasn't happy & tried my best to reason with Oliver but no, the Indian held sway. The second request I made was a simpler one, for them to help me update my new shipping address since I tried a few times and the website simply didn't work. Oliver took down my particulars and said that he would forward it to the relevant dept. Fine, but I asked him to check back with that dept to ensure that it was updated. After being evasive and lots of excuses later, he assured me that my address update would be done and that I would get an e-mail from the relevant dept. Subsequently I did get an e-mail from that relevant dept - informing me that I had to sort out the re-directing of my parcels myself with the local DHL office - duh don't I already know that from Oliver??!! What about my address update they were supposed to settle?? Well I logged in to check if it had been updated, but no, they managed to so completely incompetent. They couldn't even get somehing simple right which is to update my new shipping address, despite the assurance given by Oliver, no doubt to try and fob me off. So what to do? I'm not using them in million years and I want others to know the ugly side of Borderlinx so buyer beware! BTW, they are very expensive too.

NO response & NO update the shipment status after goods received by Borderlinx

PLEASE DON"T USE BORDERLINX !! I'm am sharing my experience with all of you.. I'm registered account with Borderlinx since April'12, maybe they want customer to trust them, that's y 1st of my shipment was arrived on time and also all of their customer service responsed to me whithin one working day, I have received email notification after they received my goods. NOW ??? NO !

I was deal with them more than 5 shipments. Recently was happen on me, Borderlinx didn't notification me by email and also update the shipment status in my account after they received my goods from the Seller by courier service more than 1 week. The contact number for my borderlinx suite was INVALID number when I called ! I really feel that I can't trust Borderlinx at all in future !

Until now, I really don't where is my goods!!! Still in Borderlinx or in someone hand ???

BORDERLINX - NO RESPONSIBILITY !! BAD SERVICE!!
