Cold food

Every time lately when I go for sausage biscuts at either of the braums in Muskogee OK they come out cold or they taste like they were made rge day before. In the past they were always better than McDonald's, but not any more. What happened to serving fresh food to customers. My visits are few and far between now. Step it up Braums!!!

Poor customer service

Every time I go to the Braums at 3400 Trinity Mills in Carrollton, TX, I'm asked to pull over and wait for my order to be brought to me. I've been asked to wait before when I've ordered a lime ade, another time a frozen yogurt, and tonight 2 milkshakes. One of the milkshakes was finished, and they were working on the other (I could see the woman making it), and the lady at the drive thru told me to pull over and wait. I told her the woman was almost done, and she said No, I have to wait on the people behind you. Now, I'd already waited behind 4 other cars, they all got served, but she wanted me to pull over and wait. Why am I always singled out? I didn't answer her, but I stayed at the window. When I didn't drive off, she said Really? in a vexed voice, and I started to answer her "Every time I'm asked to park," and she closed the window and walked off. The other lady then came up with my second milkshake and put it with the first. She asked the drive thru lady if she wanted her to hand it out to me so she wouldn't have to deal with me again, but she waved her off and handed me the shakes. No apology from her for asking me to pull over when it literally took 30 seconds for the lady to finish my second shake, and no apology for being rude and slamming the window closed on me when I went to answer her.

Customers don't go to Braums and pay $5 for a large milkshake for this kind of treatment. I could go indoors and buy a whole carton of ice cream for $3 (as it's on sell right now); I'm not paying that much for the ice cream. I'm paying for the service, for the convenience of driving up, having it made, and handed to me. Making us pull over and wait for ONE ITEM is ridiculous. If Braums is timing their employees and docking them for taking 5 minutes to make an order, which is the reason they usually give for why I have to pull over, then this policy needs to end. I certainly do not mind being asked to pull over if I've ordered 5 burgers for the whole family; I get it takes time to make that much food. But one item??? No. Hell no.

If you've taken my money, I'm staying at the window until I'm served. Don't go making the orders of every car behind me first, and expect me to wait on them too. Serve me. I've waited in line, and it's my turn. Stop asking me to pull over and wait a half hour until you remember I'm out there before you bring me my order. No. Tell me before you take my money that I'll need to pull over and wait longer, when I've already waited behind a sea of cars to get to the window, and I'll just drive off and take my business elsewhere.

This policy is ridiculous and it needs to end. You make your customers feel like crap treating us this way. I can just go to the grocery store and buy ice cream, and save myself the hassle and extra expense. I was paying for convenience, but all I got tonight was attitude and the strong desire to never return to Braums.

chicken strip dinner

We have traded at Braum's #38 ever since it was built nearby & have never had a complaint in all these years. But this afternoon at 3:22 p.m., a rather unlikely time for many customers, we decided to have a late lunch & ordered 2 of the above chicken strip dinners. The chicken was OK as was the gravy (although inadequate & had to ask for another portion) but the slaw & sauce(?), the fried potatoes (weren't hot) & the hamburger bun not very fresh made the poorest meal for the money ($12.98 each) we've encountered in a long while. We wound up just eating the chicken & gravy & tossing the rest in the trash after complaining to the man about the above problems & he agreed with us but didn't even offer an apology.
Also there were at least 5 employees there & no other customers in that area & we had a bit of trouble getting their attention as they were visiting loudly behind the counter. When we went to get our drinks, & utensils & etc. we discovered the napkin dispensers were completely empty & that whole area was dirty with drips & pieces of papers. I went back to the counter to tell them & the same man quickly came & refilled the napkins. Later there was a girl who came to clean the many soiled tables & we had assumed she'd cleaned the area mentioned but when we left it was still untouched.

When we got home & still a little upset with our meal we then noticed on the receipt that we should have asked for the manager & gotten at least an apology if not some refund. We hope you might look into this as we just can't believe our favorite "Go-To" store would be this.

Sincerely disappointed,

Bad Milk before expiration

I had a carton of Low Fat Milk go bad 3 days before the expiration date.I took it back for an exchange and they would not exchange it because I did not have the receipt.Who saves the receipt on a gallon of milk? It's not like I got it anywhere else. It has their name on it. And I didn't want my money back, just a new gallon of milk. I used to think Braums had quality products, especially the Dairy. But this is the second gallon to go bad on me in about 6 months. I have bought milk from them exclusively for over 20 years and never had milk go bad until recently. My only guess is that they must be having a lot of milk go bad and loosing money on exchanges.
Guess it's not as quality as it used to be. They just kept saying it was the policy that they could not exchange the milk without a receipt. Well, it's a bad policy, it completely lacks customer service and it just lost them a life long time customer. With all the other natural grocery stores in Tulsa right now, I can get hormone free milk elsewhere.

I am going to call corporate tomorrow and see what they say. If they don't stand behind their product, I am done with Braums completely. I don't spend my money at places with poor customer service.

napkins

hello, i am a self storage manager that visits and make purchases at your store #258, i take my grandson for a shake 4 times a week. i am dissapointed in having to take shake and the cup isn't wiped clean, almost always leaking out...i have to ask for napkins..today is my second visit for the day, i ordered 2 shakes and asked for napkins, the lady gave me 2 napkins and i request for more to clean cup. THE LADY TOLD ME THAT BRAUMS REQUESTED THAT SHE ONLY GIVE 1 NAPKIN PER CUP. i guess i will have to take my business elsewhere, i also would like for someone to call me at 214-350-0898 and confirm that the lady at drivethru is correct. my name is Ms Perez, manager for Love Field Storage.

Lousy food and lousy staff

I'm not trying to get my money back, or even a free meal (why would I? The food is cold and tastes like shit.) I'm just tired of paying money for their sub par service and cold food. The management needs to be replaced A.S.A.P. They obviously do NOT know how to properly train an employee. However, I blame a lot of this on the corporate management. It seems that Braum's has taken a nose dive right along with McDonalds. I have been to Braums over on this side of town approximately 10 times since I moved over here, and I have only had one decent burger. I refuse to go back at this point because it's not just a "bad day" when it happens consistently. Another thing, they need to get off their fat asses and clean the damn store; its dirty and looks trashy. I used to like to go to Braum's but it has gone down hill so bad that I will never return. There are plenty of other places who will take my money that have better food and service.

Asst Mgr

Went into Braum's at 10:55 AM. Bought milk and ordered a hamburger. Asst mgr said" I can't fix you a hamburger,it's not 11 o'clock yet". I said "it's 5 min til...she said "I can't help you". Real sarcastic...no apology...nothing. I said "well now it's 2 min til...can you do it now" and she said "no"....started talking about it would be cross contamination. Seriously???? I told her how stupid of an explanation that was...it was simply because she wanted to show her authority and I told her what I thought about her decision making process. By then it was 11am...she never offered to fix it...just stood there defiantly acting like a jerk. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Never going there again!!!

Bitch Manager

There are three employees at Braums on Adams, of Bartlesville Oklahoma, who are quite literally ramming the business into the ground. Mandy is our hiring manager and she is the worst worker I've ever met in my life. Sometimes I wonder whose dick she sucked to get a management position in general. She gossips on EVERY employee, every one of us has personally heard her do it. She avoids work at all costs, she would rather sit in the lobby and eat (while getting paid) and yell my name over and over and over again instead of getting off her ass and helping out. We (the underling employees and most of the other managers) have nicknamed her "the Cancer" because when she's around, everybody is in a bad mood. The day manager Michelle, who is pregnant, has become a totally different person since Mandy came along. She is not a total bitch too. And then there's Kayla, she's a regular employee who is also pregnant, and also needs a serious attitude adjustments. I've had customers complain to me because of her attitude, not to mention these three women break rules on a regular basis and act like they are untouchable gods because they all have each others bitchy backs. Kayla is not a manager, but bosses everybody around like she is one because Michelle and Mandy let her. All three of these women need to be fired because even customers are catching on to the fact that they just slow everybody down and get in the way(if their on the floor at all, they usually hide in random parts of the store and talk shit on everybody.)

Very unsatisfied

I am an employee at Braum's. Just because I am an employee doesn't mean I should be treated differently than other customers, because once I clock out, and I order something, I AM a customer. And if that's how customers here are treated too, then i feel sorry for them. I ordered an Orange Sherbert Freeze with my meal. I finally got it after 10 minutes of waiting. It looked horrible and nothing near finished, it was so thin and chunky, and tasted nasty. So i took it up to the counter for a new one. not even a minute later, I had another one that didnt look different at all, just a little bit more ice cream in it. So i just asked for a coke instead of my freeze. Sheila began to argue with me that that's how a freeze looks like. I have been ordering freezes on days that I work for 2 months now. they have always looked soft, thick, no bubbles, nice looking freezes. the ones I ordered have always even looked like the one that is on the menu above the counter. Today, it looked nothing like it, and I just wanted the freeze I usually get. I finally got my other food after 25 minutes of waiting while I've been next in line and Sheila finally brought me the right freeze. I told her this is what a freeze looks like. she started arguing again that its not what a freeze is, its way too thick. Arguing with the customer. Something I have never done even when I knew they were 100% wrong. And I'm only a trainee. I ended our argument there, walking out of Braum's very mad and very unsatisfied.

I like Braums products - - - BUT I seldom go into the Store is Hutchinson KS - If I do I need to wear a heavy winter Parka to stay warm. Why do you keep the store so cold? Yesterday - I was freezing in your store when a young lady and young man - she went to the car and brought in a heavy coat for each. So it isn't just me. Something needs to be done - you are looseing business. Lots of it.
