CanadaVet.com Delivery Sucks!

Website promises prompt delivery between 7-10 days which is Nonsense! Our product took a whole month to get to us!
DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT PROMPT SERVICE!

paid a lot for wrong diagnose and pills!

Central Valley Veterinary Hospital - rip off for wrong diagnose and pills that made our dog worse!

we brought our dog to the central valley veterinary hospital and was charged 136 for exam and pills(vanectyl P and apo cephalexin). my dog has been vomiting for two days within 2 hours after taking the medicine as well as not willing to move. her ear didn't get any better, and became worse because of the medicine (red, swollen and seriously infectious). they also sold us the cone which was broken right on the second day.
we called and went back. they charged us another 68 and refuse to refund the pills they sold us.(even it's their diagnose mistake, we paid to get our dog's condition worse!!!!!!!) and they said we need to go back if our dog can't get better and pay for the other medicine. seriously?????????? i'm spending my time and paying hundres to get my dog in worse condition? they even went back to their room, closed the door and refused to talk. am i stupid?
suggestions....don't go to this hospital because they get your pets worse and charge you for that!!!!!

Doctor: Lauzon Vet Hospital

We havee a rottweiler that we had to bring in because he was having alot of pain in his left leg. We went to Lauzon Vet Hospital in WIndsor, Ontario at 3am and they immediately charged us 65.00 just to look at him. At first, they thought we were lying about our address(why would we do that?). Then they charged us 133.00 for xrays. The doctor, DR. B. MALOVEC had no idea what was wrong with my dog and started saying that we would need to sedate him and he would have to undergo surgery. He then put on a splint that was WAY TOO TIGHT AND CHARGED US 106.70 JUST FOR THE SPLINT!!!!. We had to immediately take it off because it was cutting off the circulation to his arm. Our total for our visit was 467.78. We went to another vet doctor in leamington who was our original doctor and he said that THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE DOG, HE JUST NEEDED REST. I am so outraged that they would be SUCH CROOKS.

Canada vet

I have always had a good experience with Canada vet products and customer service for years. However I received an extra frontline product that was 72.00 Thai I did not order. They advised I would have to pay to return it as they do not issue free return labels and I would not be reimbursed for the return shipping. I was unhappy with this.
