2 weeks Delay of Order at Canadian Tire

First of all, I love Canadian Tire, but with this very bad experience I feel like I am losing my trust with them. I made an online order (a set of Tires) at Canadian Tire to be picked up at Country Hills Calgary Store.
It is stated that it will be ready for pick up in 1-5 days. Now, it will be 2 weeks from the date that I ordered it. Below are my order details:

since the day of purchase until at this very moment, when I will check my order status it is "In Progress".

is Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ Tire so hard to find? or is it made to order?
I have not driven my car while waiting for those tires because I am too scared that the side wall damage to one of my tires will get worse. I live close to Country Hills Canadian Tire so I prefer this store. I called the customer service last Friday and was told my tires is in transit last September 3. so It's been a week now and I still got nothing. I called my local store as per advise of the customer service but they have not received my tires yet. I am really unhappy with this inconvenience. They do not even contact you of the delay or issue/s about your order. you need to call them and wait at least 30 minutes to get connected or e-mail them and get a reply for days and won't even provide a proper info of my order. I bet I deserve a big discount for this (though it won't suffice with the inconvenience it brought me). I just want my tires and honesty about my order. I am telling everyone I know not to do the same mistake I made.

Return of mastercraft lifetime tool

Tried to return one of those lifetime guaranteed tools Saturday Feb 6. The return desk ladies were extremely bitchy and refused to make the return.
I was then harassed and bullied by the manager as I tried to shop. I am disgusted by the direction that Canadian Tire greed is taking with Tripling the prices on their cheaply made merchandise, and not replacing the lifetime tools when they disintegrate.
The manager should be fired for his aggressive behavior against a customer. I usually drop thousands there per year but for these reasons I will be minimizing my dealings with the tire. I have found several other companies to get my supplies from and I now will have less and less need to deal with these bullies at the Essex Ontario store

Return of Mastercraft Chinese made tool

Customer Service

ordered a patio umbrella over the phone, paid for it and was told It would be ready for pickup after 4 pm, got there at 520pm and was treated like a thief, they new nothing about it, spent 40 minutes while they supposedly looked for it in the back. Finally was told I would have to come back later to pick it up. I'm furious, No one cares and no one wants to do there job.

Worst Customer Service ever experienced

I have never experienced worse customer service than I had today at the Canadian Tire location at Steeles and Yonge St, Toronto. Auto Parts department was the worst. Sold item that had been put on hold for me by phone. Had driven across town to pick up the product, having to use a borrowed car as the product is a CAR BATTERY. Employee at counter extremely rude and had terrible attitude. Made me call alternative stores instead of doing it himself. None of the same product is available in all of GTA, Aurora, Barrie and Orillia. He had been unwilling to look up product availability at any stores outside of GTA. Product is not available for order. Comparable product was available for $100 more, and would only give $50 off that price. Never apologized or took any responsibility for the atrocious service, or the mistake. Such service is incomprehensible. Customer Service attempted to remedy situation, but was only able to confirm the unavailability of the product in the region. Also confirmed that the product couldn't be ordered. Only response to wanting to make a formal complaint was "I can't get the product back for you."

Discouraging the return of products!

I shopped at Canadian Tire for the last time this weekend. I went to the Canadian Tire on Cambie in Vancouver to return a tool I'd bought. I brought my receipt, but in order to return it I was asked for photo ID, which I didn't have. Even though I had credit cards with my name on it, the clerk and the store manager refused to allow me to return my merchandise.

I went home and returned with photo ID. Only then was I allowed to return my merchandise. The extra trip and the time spent trying to persuade the clerk and general manager to be reasonable cost me a couple hours of my day.

I will never deal with them again.

Discouraging the return of products!

So how do you even read the receipt when all the ink disappears off of it? What kind of person just throws away seven dollars? Return it and give the money to the Children`s Wish Foundation. The sixteen year old at the parts counter is my problem. I would like to talk to someone with experience and knowledge which would be fine if there was someone like that there also. However there never seems to be, just more young inexperienced kids.
