I use the GO BANK app to deposit a check. GO Bank will hold the check for 10 days until it clears which is fine by me. The check amount is $920. Certegy advised GO BANK to refuse my check because of "risk Factors". When I called up certrgy they were vague and generally unhelpful. I told the person on the phone that i would like to file a complaint against them with their governing agency. The lady told me that the only person i can complain to is her. What a laugh. This is the most ridiculous and frustrating thin i have to deal with in like forever. is there any authorizing agency that i could file a complaint against these people
