Dear Cesar,

Please except my concern for your unauthorized transactions. I fully
understand how frustrating and madding this can be. Unfortunately, this has
become common place in the world of technology we live in.

Let me assure you, that our company, "DRS Health Inc.", has not processed
any payment on any of your credit or debit cards. We are, however, aware
that there is a company called "Drs. Health PRS" that has been making
fraudulent charges. You are not the first consumer to contact us with a
complaint of this nature. Many have gone on-line to look up this company.
They find our company information, and presume that we are one and the same.


May I recommend that you contact your bank ASAP and report this transaction
as a fraudulent charge and request a stop payment on any transactions from
"Drs. Health PRS". Identify the company as "Drs. Health PRS", not to be
confused with "DRS Health Inc.". I may suggest that you put a credit hold
on any card used by this fraudulent company and ask the bank to reissue you
a new credit card. It has been reported that they will repeatedly process
payments under $100.00.

If your bank will look further into the banking report for the transactions
in question, they should be able to find the merchant number for "Drs.
Health PRS". Ask them to take immediate action against this company to
prevent this from happening to other individuals like yourself.
