Hope this email finds you well.

I am an American and I am currently living in Egypt. I bought a new Optra here in Egypt becasue it is an American brand that I trust and love. It is a new line of cars that is assembled here in Egypt for the first time and not in China. I paid for the car fully on April 28th. I received the car 8 days ago on Tuesday May 17th and I took the car to the DMV right away from Chevrolet dealership to discover that the paperwork is missing one paper from the Egyptian Factory. Since then I have not been able to finish my paperwork nor get my new car to be registered. The car had been sitting in a garage since last week. I can't drive it with no insurance and no coverage and no registration. Chevrolet Dealership along with Chevrolet Customer service care at 16424 (Short Number) had been giving me false information and promises along with a series of lies and broken promises that the important piece of paper will be generated in a day, then next morning, then in 3 days.......etc. Nothing is happening and I totally lost hope.

I am a university professor / Doctor, and TV show presenter & Soft skills corporate trainer. I deal with a lot of people and I have the power of sharing such negative encounter on a great scale supported with documentation as I have plenty of followers who truly trust my opinion. It would be really harmful to a big name like Chevrolet especially with such new line of Assembly in Egypt.

I am kindly asking that my complaint would be handled with care and urgency as I need to be able to drive my car with the right paperwork immediately (ASAP). Enough lies and enough broken promises. This is a reputable American company and they are ruining your reputation here in Egypt. Please HELP.
