Joyce home warranty with drawls premiums from my bank account once a month and have for a couple years or more. I have never made a claim. Just recently I noticed my air conditioner which is a small heat pump has not been cooling properly and we were without heat for a week trying to get someone to fix it through choice home warranty he. They cannot fix it or send anyone out for some reason. No one calls me to let me know anything they just left me in the heat for a week . When I call again they transfer me so I get a automated message and cannot get anyone to send a technician out here. The fourth time I called they said the water heater is not covered we don't pay for that. Then they said The job order was sent out but nobody wanted it so I don't get my air-conditioner fixed but they recommend that I keep making my monthly payments. I'm sure if I called again they will just tell me it is not covered so I won't call back. I don't think this is legal practice I think it is a scam and the guarantees and offers they give you are not what you get after you make your payments. I don't understand how they get by with this they have already had a class action lawsuit and had to pay out fines with terms certain terms and they are not fall on these terms in North Carolina however I guess I'll sue them to try to get my premiums back for the scam I will be in other places not recommending and warning people about this company good luck. !
