Ant in the soup and order was not followed

Hi this is just to give my concerns so you can improve your service,
Yesterday we went to Chowking Capas Branch (dec.07'15 @ 7:04pm), i really wanted to eat Wanton but im disappointed with my order, because i ordered for a large wanton but they gave me the regular wanton and afterwards i noticed that the soup has an ant and before we lived i asked the cashier "miss ang large wanton ba ay 3pcs lang dpat? Dba dpat 5pcs yun?" Cashier "oo 5pcs" Me "3pcs lang yun iorder kong large wanton pero pinabayaan ko nalng tpos patapos nako ng may napansin akong langgam na nagswimming!!!!". The fact that i pay for my order completely and they gave me an incomplete order with free ant.
Because of my disappointment i walked out of the stored and i forgot to take apicture of it.
Please improved the management of that branch
