This is to complain one of your trusted crewemployee that was based at chow-king divisoria of being so rude to my mother and my sister that went that day to buy some things. on that morning Sept 25, 2016 before they go on shopping they decided to eat first but they never used the comfort room. but when they get back after few hours because my mom is already old and need to pee all the time and already a senior citizen one of the employee of your store approach my mom and said in a loud and irritating voice (" kung hindi kayo kakain! bawal mag cr!") what if her mother and sister is in that situation that she really need to used the wash room what would she feel, I'm very disappointed of that person and the way she treat old woman, we eat all the time outside with my family and their first choice is chowking and even abroad its my first choice too. she could say in a good way not to offend anybody and that instance who did she think is humiliated if she is an educated person she won't probably done that. my mother is a former govt. employee and because she is old she never mind what she would look like she's just wearing a old shirt and old faded shorts
so maybe that woman thinks my mother was only a vendor but regardless it not a basis of how will you treat your costumers. hope you could just simply ask her to attend some seminar regarding good costumer service .
