Disgusting TaKe-out procedure & arrogant CREW ALLISON

CK1639 we are very dissapointed on how they took care our "take out meal" (we have some photos to prove it) .. it was a complete meal of Chowfan w/ fried siomai but they just mix it in a plastic .. how could that food be able to eat in such looks !! We are very upset ! Dont you have a proper packaging for take out ? and one more thing, That guy name ALLISON was very arrogant, unpolite, always w/ his make face & very unhospitable. We are very upset .. it supposed to be for a person not for a DOG for God Sake !!

customer service

Last December 26, 2015 I decided to have my dinner at Chowking Taytay in front of Manila East. I ordered for sweet and sour pork lauriat and beef siomai while waiting for a friend to arrive. Natapos ako magbayad sa counter around 9:22pm. After more than 20 minutes I saw my order being delivered to me by a service crew named HOLAND (according to the manager that was the crew's name). But before he gave me my order, he made time to have a chit chat first with the guard on duty so I asked him (Holand) if he can give me my order first bago siya makipag kuwentuhan sa guard dahil gut0m na ako. So he did. Pero ng tumalikod ako sandali pagka bigay nya nung inorder ko humarap ako ulit sa kanya para sana humingi ng tissue at nahuli ko sya sa akto na inaambahan ako na sisikuhin nya ako sa likod. Wow. Great customer service. Inireklamo ko sya sa manager on duty na si Mark and asked for a refund dahil nawalan na ako ng gana kumai.

Limited meals to order and NO SOFTDRINKS

Sorry to express how annoyed I am, which are:
1st, its just noon time. Tapos LAURIAT nila yung with chicken lang available, no NOODLES available, no SWEET&SOUR pork, no FRIED SIOMAI for pork chowfan and no chinese GOLDEN PORK rice. Thats crazy. Di man lang niexplain kung bat wala.
2nd, I no longer wonder if chowking is really out of softdrink, where we customer are forced to pay another 5 pesos for drinks. Chowking seems really doing it on purpose. It happens in KCC Choeking too. How could you say your out of softdrink during Christmas.
3rd, Limited na nga lang mga pwede inorder ko tapos ang tagal pa. it took them somewhere 20mins to bring me my order. Naunahan pa ako nung customer after me. Which makes me mad even more. Tapos, sasabihan pa ako ng guard na wag magalit? Cant he just shut up if his doesnt know whats going on.
4th, While receiving what I ordered for. Which were Chicken Lauriat, Beef ChowFan with Fried Siomai and Beef Chowfan with steamed siomai. Eh Chicken Lauriat, Beef ChowFan with Fried Siomai and Beef Chowfan lang. Leche. maintindihan ko sana kung OA sila sa peak kaso hinde e. Kesimple simple tapos kinaligtaan. Bat si counter ng kamali? Di sya nagrecap ng order ko e.
5th, after double checking my order. Sabi ko san na yung resibo ko e yung number lang yung binigay saken. How stupid to say na I cant get receipt while using happyplus. Ano iaakyat pa naten to sa BIR, para maintindihan nyo value ng receipt.

So pissed off. Is that how it works during christmas day? That ridiculous.

Chowking Online Delivery

This is to express my absolute disappointment with Chowking’s delivery service. Around 10:20 this morning, I was trying to call their delivery hotline for my order that I needed to receive before 12nn. However, I cannot seem to get to their line, so while I wait for somebody to pick up my call, I tried ordering online. Then and there, my orders were confirmed and tagged pending. Pronto. It was 10:40am. They even emailed me the confirmation for my order.

Since it was my first time using their online delivery, I was complacent that my order has already been dispatched to wherever branch that will cater to me – with the confirmatory email and all. I even noted on my order for them to be ‘on time’ since I know that they can consume so much time for the delivery (for all my deliver transactions with Chowking, never was there any time that they were able to comply with their 45-minute delivery promise time – but for these, I never asked for the 200 peso reward for late delivery). What I forgot, however, was that I need to be provided an official receipt of my order. So again, I tried my luck phoning them since there aren’t any options at the online delivery for additional ‘requests’. 30 minutes had passed, but to no avail. I continuously called for 30 minutes. 30 minutes but none of their call center agents picked up my call.

Around 11:48, I was still trying to reach them not only for my official receipt, but also because I was already worried for my order. It was already more than an hour and it has not arrived yet.

My call was picked up by somebody named ‘Shiela’ I told her about my concern that my order has not arrived yet after placing my order for already more than an hour. I dictated my order number and she put me on hold to check. Shortly, she attended to me and told me that since I placed my order online, there is no guarantee of the delivery time, also in consideration of the weather condition (Typhoon Nona). To my dismay, I lost my temper and asked her, ‘So anong oras ko marereceive yung order ko kung walang time?’ With my question stated in a very sarcastic manner, I was asked to be put on hold to once again check the status of my order. When she got back, I was told that due to the volume of the orders that the branch that was going to cater to my order, the same was not placed. I forgot what she said, but in essence, what she wanted me to do was re-order because my online order was not processed. As if nothing happened. It was already 11:50am. I needed my food to be delivered 12nn. At this point, I have already lost it and angrily told her that I needed my order my 12nn. All she offered me was her apology for the inconvenience. I asked her what she could offer me as a customer who was not served well. All she could offer was her apology and to take my order again, but she, of course, cannot have it delivered by the time that I needed it.

I understand that Shiela is in complete ignorance of why my order was not processed. I feel a little sorry for lashing out at her. But for her to tell me that there is no definite delivery time/period when I may get my order because it was placed online? Is that even true? Or had she simply no excuse for their very, very poor service that she had to make that awful justification?

To the Chowking management, I hope you could do something to address concerns like this. I hope you could improve your services as I have read here that you indeed have issues concerning the service you provide the general public. Also, you could train your staff to somehow exude courtesy and honesty to your customers. May I also suggest that you give ‘special treatment’ to those dissatisfied customers that you have for you not to lose your patrons.

So guys, do avoid using their online system for ordering. It’s probably ‘better’ to order via their delivery hotline.

Poor Service; Chowking Ayala Cebu

I am writing to express my my concerns about a recent incident at your store located at Ayala Mall Cebu. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely poor customer service during my last visit for lunch yesterday, which took place on October 30, 2015 at exactly 1:28 on the afternoon.

I was in the store with a friend to have our lunch and ordered 2 Pork ChowFan with fried Siomai and soda. The order processed at exactly 01:28 pm with OR#14013044 and I have enclosed a copy of my receipt for your convenience. Please attached file.

I've been a loyal customer since I was in college and I knew that the food serving time should be within 5min. Unfortunately, the food was not served on time. We were patiently waiting for the food and even raised our hands to do a follow-up for our orders. Thirty Minutes later, we were still waiting for the food to be served. Becoming impatient, I went to find another crew to follow-up our order until at exactly 2:00pm NO CHOWFAN arrived tho!

In addition, there were approximately 6 tables waiting for their orders and also made a complaint since there were some customers who were able to get their orders in few minutes than us who have been waiting for an almost hour already. This created an inconvenience who had some other plans after taking lunch. While I can understand the "short" delay, this soured my impression and expectations with the company/store. I even noticed having 3 managers stayed at the counter only and were not even bothered to check pending orders with the customers waiting on the floor. Do we still have to approached one of them for us to get NOTICED!? I don't think so!

After being at the store for an hour at this point, we have decided to refund the amount we paid and approached a manger named Rolan. Instead, he went back inside (maybe kitchen or back office) and it took anoth 5-10minutes to process a refund. Even a simple SORRY wasn't even uttered by any of the crew/mangers at the store. I Have decided to approached one of the managers named Charmaine and asked for a receipt and get us refunded instead. She was able to process it right away without even saying SORRY either. It was extremely disheartening that I could not received the assistance I was politely requesting and ultimately could not get our orders or even apologies from these staffs.

In the past, we have enjoyed eating at The Chowking. The service is usually quick and friendly. Up until this negative experience, it was my favorite fastood chain.

Chowking Bayan-bayanan Ave. Branch

First, sweet and sour fish is not avaialble, 2nd the chix lauriat did not come with buchi because it's not available and if we haven't asked, they will not bother to inform us that they replaced it with shanghai, last but not the least, I ordered chopsuey rice which came late, and looked like stir fried vegies or just a side dish without any "sahog" on it (pork,shrimp,chix or whatever). Totally not worth it paying 105 php for a chopsuey meal. It's like ordering a side dish from a carinderia with plain rice . I have texted the number on your receipt to give the same feedbacl but I have not received any reply.

hi managers . gusto ko lng sana mag ask if na tututukan nyo ba yung mga staff nyo specially your front liner sheena .. I don't think if dpat ba syang naka harap samin mga customer .. s he is so bastos alam mo yung umoorder ka pero parang wala kang kausap . ung mas marunung pa sya kesa samin kung ano yung gusto naming I din in . kulang pa mag change ng money ... nkasibangot pa. then yung tanong kmi ng tanong kung ano ang best seller nyo ang sagot ba namn nya all avail ee ano nga ang mabili nyong product ang sagot samin all avail . then ung drinks namin coke regular . pinaplitan namin sa take out cup dahil oily ginwa nya pinhiran nya ng tissue ung ibabaw then sinalin nya .
order namin pork chaofan dumplings 2 orders nung Monday kmi umorder around 4 pm something ..
pls I enhance nyo namn po yung crew nyo nkakabastos po kasi yung gutom ka na nga ee kya nga kami kumain sa fastfood pra yung 1 hour brake namin masulit pero hindi .ambgal na nga ng lines nya para pa syang unprofessional mag take ng order para lng nag titinda ng banana q . im sorry for the worst comment pero kasi worst treatment din ntangap namin . I hope next time na kumain kmi hindi sya yung mag assist samin. im not say na tngalin .. turuan lng po sana ng mgandang asal and di sya nag bbgay ng receipt . thankyou

cashier shiena

im joy gaborne . gusto ko lang sana iompalin ung counter npaka unprofessional. pra syangnag ttake ng order sa divisoria npaka bastos nya . I told here kung meron bang sweet nd sour fish and sagot nya ndi ko alm . nag change ko ng order ng pork chowfan pero pbagsak nya nlgay ung food sa tray ung drinks I said regular pero ginawa ng large .. nag mamadali ata sya kya sya na orderkung ano gusto nya kanin naming. sa tgal ko kumakain sa nyo . sya lng yung bastos na nag treat smin ng ganun .pinapyagan nyo na ganun nya kmi itreat . wala naba kayong qualifications sa hinahired nyo. dapt sa knya di tinatangap, 4 years nko kumakain sa inyo pero ang hard nya samen .. nkikipag harutan at kwentuhan pa lalaki na ktabi nya while on duty my god.san bigyang pansin nyo po ito. mkakasira lng emage ng foodchain nyo.

Online Delivery

I would like to complain about the service that chowking is providing. I ordered at chowking online delivery and got a confirmation email about my order. "Your order # is: 100319915." I got an update email that the store catering my order is close and was advice to call hotline 98888. I called in and got an agent who hung up on me. She said that the order number is not appearing on their data base. I didn't get any help at all the fact that I've waited for 49 minutes for nothing. I told to the CSR to just cancel my order yet I haven't received any feedback from them since I called again and talk to another CSR. She told me that she'll call after 10 minutes but it's more than 30 minutes now and haven't received anything from them. The service is very poor and I will never order in chowking again. SERVICE SUCKS!

Bad customer service

I waited 15mins in line just to order food. I understand that one of the cashier is under training, in my experience if someone is on training someone should be beside her and really trained her that way she doesn't make a lot of mistake. There's 2 other cashier just standing there didn't even bother to help out the new girl or take my order since the line is getting longer. These 2 girls are just standing there laughing and talking, whereas the new girl is struggling taking the order of the customer in front of me. When the manager took over the cash register and take orders she doesn't even smile in short bad customer service. I feel sorry for the new girl and the store itself because staff here has a bad customer service and very unfriendly and doesn't work as a team.

Unprofessional Store Manager

im a former employee of chowking and ive made some mistake and got into a vocal quarrel with my store manager..and so the result is she is now holding back my back pay and ive been waiting for it for almost 5 months now while my former crew members just got theirs..is there any way that i get my back pay as soon as posible??this is my first time encountering an unprofessional manager holding back pays just for some personal issues.. any help from the head office??

this is to formally inform you how sarcastic and rude ur counter at sm novaliches name krisanider almenares was!!! it was a terrible and unexpected experienced in a frontline like her. we ordered for take out meals. after ordering to her and waiting for the food i review the receipt and noticed that it was tag as a -dine in- i immediately told my sister to go again in the counter and inform her that it was for take out. but apparently, ur counter looks sarcastic to think that she makes face and rude on anwering us! she keeps saying" nagtanung ako, nagtanung ako, nagtanung ako" which is not the usuall way in communicating to ur CUSTOMER. ok, lets assume it was an honest mistake to us that i told her it was for dine in i dont think that it was proper way in handling that situation. i immediately told her that she is so rude aside from the fact she is aware that there is still many customer in front of her. she responded to us so BASTOS at WALANG PINAGARALAN . sbay daldal pa cya while nagpa-punch. " AKO pA RUDE ha" sobrang bastos! i hope ur company will escalate this incident report to ur HR and let her know that i sent you customer complain. i will not waste any effort kung tlgang hndi ako galit na galit! i cant imagine how u hired this kind of people. makaasta kala mo may ari ng chowking. sobra sobra kabastos! pls i will wait for ur response.

Delivery and Poor customer Service

August 09, 2015 , I called Chowking to deliver me dinner at around 8 pm. The food arrived at around 8:30. We were quite busy so after a few minutes we decided to open the paper bag package to eat. We noticed that the package is missing a small order , 4 pcs siomai to be exact. So i called Chowking to inform them that they were missing an order which I paid and is in the receipt. I was told to keep my phone line open so the branch can call.

We already finished our meal and no phone call came. I called again to follow-up. The same thing was said to me to wait for the call from the branch (based on the receipt it is Chowking Shell C-5). I called the third with around 30 minutes interval to let them know. I did not want my order at that time cause we already finished eating. All I want was that promised call to at least apologize or make us customers feel important and unignored. If they did call, I would have told them to forget about the missing order and that it is okay.

My fourth call was to already complain this branch. Again I was told to wait for around 10 minutes as they will prioritize my concern and inform the branch. 30 minutes passed, no call. That's how incompetent and unconcerned this branch is. I do not think i will order from Chowking again. And this will be known by friends and families and even the social media perhaps.

I always believe in Karma.

august 16 at harrizon plaza chowking one of their counter name by "NICA" don't have change for 1000 pesos and my money she didn't want to accept because she said that she don't have a change for 1000 as a customer its not my problem if she don't have a change. and she act like angry at me. and she didn't ask a help by her manager to change the 1000 pesos into a hundreds. I hope that counter have her lesson and threat your customer nice, not like that.

Insensitive Staff

Happened in SM Dasma. We were about to sit in one of their tables then bigla na lang naglapag ng number ung staff dun sa table na dapat uupuan namin ng wala man lang sinabi na pasensya na nay nauna lang po. So rude. Okay naman naman na maghanap ng ibang seats pero sana may courtesy man lang kasi paupo na kami. Wala yatang etiquette training ang mga staff sa Chowking.

Filing a complaint about an unsatisfactory delivery made by Casimiro Branch. Orders placed on Aug 1 about 12 noon. Per OR# 04000754 / alvin/ 12:11 pm/ 08/01/2015 wiyh the foLlowing items:

>1 porkchop lrt > 1 porkchop lrt d >1 soda to pj reg >1 bcf fpsio >2 pcfan psio4pc d@98
>2 soda to pj reg #6 >1 ssp frt d >1 F sprte reg >1 lsha 4 pcs >1 kangkong TOTAL BILL was 934.00

COMPLAINTS:
1. Hotline number takes a looooonnng wait for call to be picked up
2. LATE deliery.....per your commitment orders will be delivered within 45 mins. The food arrived at around 1;15 - 1:20 pm. NO VOUCHER was handed to us
3. INCOMPLETE DELIVERY ....only 1 soda came / kangkong didnt have bagoong
4. VERY POOR PERFORMANCE of call center agent who seem to NOT know how to track records in your system. We were told that we dont have any info on their records and Asked me several times which number i used to call...doubting a customer? How could we have received the orders if we didnt have anything placed?
5. CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR didnt get bak to us fro feedback and next actions.
6. At about 1 pm, the branch called t inform us that there was no sprite available. so we settled for any flavor. We were told that the delivery boy is ALREADY leaving???? seriously? only by 1 pm?
7. OVER-ALL ASSESSMENT OF ORDER / COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT >>>>FAIL

I expect someone from Chowking team to get in touch with us ASAP and deliver your promise of satisfaction.

May Bubog Yung Chowfan

today July 23, 2015 at around 7:15 pm, I ate at chowking fastbytes Northgate Alabang. I ordered porkchowfan with shanghai. I was about to finish my meal when all of a sudden I chewed on something hard. It first I thought it was just a small rock but when I spit it out it was a piece of glass. I called the manager Gerald Viterbo and showed him the piece of glass. He offered to replace my food but since I was almost done eating, I declined the offer. I asked him where I can complain but he just said that he will have to investigate first because they don't have any glass ware. I took a picture of the piece of glass and the receipt. he asked me if I was wounded, I said no because I didn't want to make such a big fuss about it but I informed him that I will file a complaint against the store. He showed a lack of interest in solving the problem and making sure that it was dealt with accordingly. they don't even have a log book for complains. I texted their hotline but got no response. this is a big example that they don't care about their customers.

this am i called your delivery hot line 9-8888 after 10 minutes the call agent said " our system is down temporarily we cannot accept delivery's" i said meron ba kayo malapit na branch
na pwede ko tawagan. she said tawagan ko raw ang "customer care". wow this is to much inconvenience to your customer. ..pinag pasa pasa ako, now,i call your congressional branch.

the rider again mention to me tawagan ko raw ang 9-8888. sabi ko hindi nyo ba alam na down ang delivery system nyo?

Sir/Mam this the sign of a poor service, your delivery staff don't know how to answer the phone with courtesy with manner. your system needs improvement don't sacrifice your quality of service.

YOU MUST PRIORITIZE FIRST YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE..DON'T LET YOUR CUSTOMER CALLS WAITED FOR TOO LONG AND ANSWER BY YOUR AGENT AFTER 10 MINUTES.

magmeryenda lang sana kmi kya umorder ako ng wanton mami with chunky siopao for 99, eh walang wanton mami ansabi beef mami lang available eh di pumayag ako..yun pala beef mami is 100+ hindi pa kasama siopao..imbes na meryenda lang napagastos ako ng sobra eh di sana sa jollibee na lang kami kumain..napakatagal pa magserve halos 30mins kami nagantay nakasimangot pa mga crew pag nagfollow up ka ng order.. hindi na kami kakain dun, gumastos ka na, nainis ka pa.

poor customer service

Im referring to the gaisano Countrymall banilad branch. The food that i ordered took more than 35 minutes. I wasnt informed by the cashier that the food that i ordered would take more than that. That little information is more than necessary for busy people so that they could order somethingelse.

I wanted to check my order whether how long it would take so i waved my hand in the air to the crew. It would be understandable if they were doing their own job but they werent. Instead they were busy talkng to each other. One waiter noticed but did not bother to check.

The service was poor. I will not go back there again.

Long queue slow cashier

Long qeue it was morning breakfast time everybody rushing for work but chowking resturant comemebo branch makati city philippinens assigned only one cashier to take order and recv payment and only few items available bc the rest of the menue is out of order just bad service and no manager will accept this kind of quality to be in his place but chowking restrurant manager allowed it tbks
