To whom it may concern,
Hi Good day!
Today we visit in your restaurant to eat breakfast with my husband.We order pork chow pan with egg; and salt & pepper pork with wanton meal.Unfortunately,the food serve late and incomplete but it is okay to us,we understand.The one that catched my attention to complain is the attitude of your Assistant Manager Ms Mariel.She didn't smile at all time even if some costumer smile at her.She didn't know how to approach well in your costumer.She is so called "SIMANG"(na nakakasira ng umaga kapag makikita mo).Please teach Ms Mariel to SMILE AND GREET THE COSTUMER.
I look forward to your company to train your staff well on how to handle and approach the costumer properly to progress your services.
