Credit card charged --no merchandise received

I placed my first order at the end of July or first of August. I did get a confirmation by email I but cannot find that. My credit card was charged on 8-15-2015 $250.00. That is the total of my order and to date I have only received one item. {a $15 braclet} Choxi order #: 22676115-28512456. Before that came in I placed a second order and my account was suspended because of fraud which I know was not the case. It took many emails to get my account reactivated only to get suspended again. I called customer service and was told they could not help me with that and I should email customer service. Why email you when I am talking to you. Well I cannot help you with that was the reply. I just want my order or my credit card refunded. Help me please.
