Poor Customer Service, Poor quality shoes

Please consider me for the account manager position. I currently manage a portfolio of more than 400 accounts in my current role.

I will be relocating to Irving, Texas in approximately 2 weeks. I bring a strong work ethic as well as a documented history of not just meeting, but exceeding sales goals. I have very good communication skills and know how to get to the right decision maker. In a nutshell, I qualify by uncovering pain and I don't sell to someone unless I first discover the need or the pain.

I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life and am excited about the prospect of being considered for this role.

Truly,

Joe Robertson

Two Pairs of Badly Designed Shoes

I was treated with complete rudeness in Clarks in Peckham when I tried to return the shoes I purchased in the sale. I'd recommend that they be avoided under all curcumstances two pairs of badly designed shoes took the skin off the back of my heel and another because it turns out that clarks had the front to deny anything was wrong with them after they were shipped back to them at their request because they new a complaint and credit card company was going to claw back the money they returned the money for the shoe that day but not the £7.99 they agreed to pay for collect +. charges.

Clarks used to be a good store selling good quality shoes especially the clarks classic range and kids shoes but not anymore - you are no longer dealing with the same calibre of manufacturing, design or service and if you have to return anything because of bad design or discomfort then you will find met with extreme difficalties doing so they even pretend there is nothing wrong with them but the design floor is obvious.

The answer is Boycott their stores and don't by their Chinese quality shoes !!

Shoes fall apart after 4 months

My wife purchased a pair of Clarkes shoes for my birthday last August (2016) at a cost of £75, last week the lower sole split from the upper sole along the length of the shoe. I took them back to the outlet shop in Freeport Braintree, where the under manager was polite and understanding, but as I had no reciept all she could do was offer a £10 voucher to spend in store, when I wanted the shoes replaced with ones "Fit For Purpose". As these were not cheap and named "Activa Air" you would have expected them to be used on activities and the air cushioned sole be resilient to usage. I did not accept the £10 voucher, but as I said she was helpfull giving me the store code, phone number of customer services and the fault which really needs explaining to you all buying shoes from Clarkes.
I was told by two members of staff in the aforementioned store that this is a common fault with footware, they asked me if I kept my shoes under the stairs or in a box, I said in a wardrobe! They told me that was the problem as the light does not get onto the shoe it deteriates and what happens to the shoes are they fall apart "as they would in a landfill" I was quoted, The name given by Clarkes for ths amazing phenominum is "Hydrollisis" She wrote it down for me.
I have been trying to contact Customer services for three days so far and all you get is "Sorry please call again later as we are experiancing problems beyond our control"
So all you people please be aware that if you buy shoes from Clarkes by the time you get them home they may be deteriating already, as the shoes I have that are Useless have been worn around a dozen times. Not a bad return for Clarkes either Buy a pair for £75 find they are faulty take them back to be offered a £10 but still have to spend it with them, so they win every timein the never ending circle of "Hydrollasis"

Poor custom

Very poor customer service Bought my 1 year old grandson for his 1st pair of shoes and the young member of staff was very unhelpful. Don't think she enjoyed her job or wanted to be there. Felt we were a problem for her as we wanted the best pair of walking shoes for my grandson! The only thing she did was kneeled down to check my grandsons feet for his size and that's it... She didn't even acknowledge he was there...
No interaction at all... I was so dissapointed I just got my grandson and walked out! It would be wise to retrain her with bit more passion for her job and mabye a smile.

School shoes lasting three weeks only

The last two pairs of school shoes that I bought for my two primary school aged daughters did not even last a half term. I brought the first poor quality shoes to my local shop to exchange them and, although I bought them al the Braintree outlet Clarks the shop let me exchange them for a new pair on the shop floor. This made me feel good about Clarks so I continued to buy them even though the quality seems to be declining. Well, today my youngest daughter shoes - also bought at Braintree - broke (the strap broke) so I dashed to my local Clarks and was told that they no longer do exchanges for shoes bought at the outlet. This is a brand new pair of Clarks school shoes which lasted only three weeks and they want me to drive 30 miles to exchange them. I'm disgusted. Clarks no longer stand by their brand name. The quality is declining and the service has disappeared. I will no longer spend £30+ per pair of school shoes for my daughters from Clarks ever again. Add up the "life-time value" of what I would have spent with them, not just on school shoes but for my practical commute shoes which I wear to get to my London office, multiply that by all of the customers they will lose. Don't buy stock in Clarks, it is guaranteed they are on their way out. Too bad.

Member of staff

On Sunday 28th of February we went to your city centre store in Milton Keynes to get my 10 year old son a new pair of shoes. On entering the shop witch was busy there was about 10 people in front of us but went quickly. A young lad called Joshua came over on measuring my son feet with the iPad things Joshua said he's a size2G my son said the shoes where to tight & was hurting him when he was sitting down and Joshua said "all shoes get tight when u sit down" on that note I went over to one of the girls & asked for someone else as Joshua was not either listening of was not trained properly. A different girl came over & re-measured his feet & he was a size 2H witch would & was a much better fit. I was also shocked when paying for my sons shoes Joshua was still on the shop floor measuring children's feet.

The shoes we brought was £44 the reason we go to Clarks is the shoes are good & my sons feet are measured correctly unfortunately on this day we had to make a complaint if I wanted to measure my own sons feet I'd have gone to tesco of another shoe shop & payed half the price. U trust the shop assistance & if my son was younger I'd would have said "well he knows what he's doing" but as shown Joshua didn't so how many author children went home with the wrong shoe size

Please feel free to contact me on 07944430744 anytime

Soles have diintergrated

I have a pair of traditional black Clarks men's shoes. I had warn once for a funeral. Put away and took them out a couple months later. Put them on and walked a short distance . Felt the road under my feet as if I was walking bare foot. Stopped and looked at the bottom of my shoe only to find the ball of my shoes sole had disappeared as if it had been eaten. On touching the heal with my finger nail more sole fell off. What are Clarks willing to do? I don't have the receipt of purchase but I paid a lot for them as I always go for comfort rather than cheapness.

Soles of shoes

To whom has control over production.
I have several pair of Clarks shoes. Really like the style but am so disappointed with the soles.
Two pairs of my favorite Clark shoes, as to this day, has cracked and ruined soles while the upper part is still great. HOW???, HOW???? many more are going to do the same thing. How could you put such inferior material on such a great stylish shoe? I was in a store and the sole just crumbled and a good thing I didn't fall and get hurt.
Shame on your production company. I am really disappointed and so are my friends.

sell above anything

IM DISGUSTED BY CLARKS SELLING METHODS!!!!!!!!!
ANOTHER YEAR, ANOTHER PAIR OF SHOES WASTED, WASTED MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NOW, WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT SIZE , THEY WILL PUSH ON YOU A SIZE OR HALF SIZE BIGGER SHOE ONLY TO MAKE THE SELL!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!! CLARKS WAS THE ONLY SHOP IVE ALWAYS PURCHASED MY WHOLE FAMILY SHOES, NOW I TRULLY HATE THEM! EVERY SINGLE YEAR FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS, IM BEING ALMOST FORCED TO PURCHASE COMPLETELY WRONG SHOES FOR MY CHILD!
HE HAS WIDE FIT FEET AND OFCOURSE THEY DONT HAVE HIS SIZE SO IM BEING "PROFESSIONALLY" ADVICED THAT THIS SHOE IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR HIM. ANYHOW, CHECK THE PICS WHAT THE PERFECT FIT SHOES DO TO HIM EVERY YEAR AND THE PICS ARE BEING TAKEN AFTER THE WORST BLEEDING BLISTERS ARE HEALED ALREADY ANYWAY.....
YOU DO NOT MEASURE FEET CORRECTLY!!!!!!!!!!! ONE HAS TO STAND UP FIRMLY i repeat STAND UP!!!! FIRMLY ON THE GROUND, IN ORDER TO MEASURE SIZE CORRECTLY, not while you are sitting down or with feet in the air!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(while u walk ur foot is sliding back and forward, back and forward...and that is why feet should be measured while standing up, u can als feel that ur toes are slightely moving forward.

very abusive customer service

When i asked the staff assistant was anyone serving at desk she abrupted in an aggressive manner by a firm and direct voice. She said that there was only 4 staff members on and that she only had two hands. At the time I had been waiting by the till for a t least 6 mins. There were also other customers waiting. I expected an apology about a delay but this I received an aggreesive abrupt response. Walked out of the shop in disgust. Kept on to my money. No way to behave in an aggressive manner to a customer.

I want to make complaint about this staff member. I later found out that she is the assistant manager.

my mobile is 0894448244 the irish code is 00353 Maybe one could direct me to a service in munster about complaints procedure
