As I am a fresher I have gone to give interview in cognizant technology solution in sector 135 noida
. I was shocked to see that most of the employees
are placing manger , TL and TM IDS on their resume.
One of my friend is working there, told me to write
his manager Id on my resume, when Iasked him
to why should I not place his Id on my resume
then he replied"phir tera nahi ho paayega bhai".
Most of the referrals are of others. I were shocked once
again when a person from cognizant Mr. Gurmeet Dabra whose ID is 450990 says that give me 5 thousand and will be definitely hired in cognizant.
