Reject my request to buy ticket

On 12 Jan 2017 at 8.30am I wanted to buy a a ticket to KL station at KTM but was rejected because I presented a RM100 bill. This is insane. I could not get into the train on this note. A big station of KTM do not have small change for his customer. I could believe this is happening. You are so substandard on your service to the public. I would forward this experience to the Public Complaint Board.
