Compensation Award in 2012 /11/ 21 ,

There was lumpsum of R71 264,40 and disablement of R7 126 ,44 a month (20% )
I only received the lumpsum , monthly payment was held back without giving the reason

I tried to approached them to see the Commisioner ,I was denied the entry in 2013.
a. My diasabilty number was changed from A8502489 to CP90174451.
b.The owner was changed to Maphumulo Virginia IDno. 5-310710-3 date of injury
was 13/11/1990
c. I m stil coughing a lot since 2008 never stop but TB was cured.
d. There was first award in 20/02/1995 that was claimed using my name and ID,Claim no 95018224
