I returned my order for a knee brace as well as the second order of a knee brace that was mistakenly included with mine at my own expense.
I was never told that I would receive a postage paid return envelope. I paid $6.80 for the return.
I wanted a refund for my return in consideration for my return of the additional knee brace that I mistakenly received. They do NOT give refunds, so I decided to order something else. The website says "free shipping" on all orders, however NOT on store credits!!! So my $17.95 purchase was reduced to $11.00 in spite of my $6.80 postage for the return.
I will never do business with this company again.
in addition to the above, just try to call Customer Service. My shortest hold time was 8 minutes. I left two messages and my phone call was never returned.
