Their tel is 866-3977887 or 219-7645488- Ms Aime Monik- "placement coordinator"

They offer free transportation and motel to get...free training and/or commercial driver type A licenses...or a "curse refreshment" for people with existent CDL type A from any state...
The reality is far from true...
1) They have a training center at Burns harbor, Indiana..where they take the people on Sundays nights after 20 to 25 hours of greyhound traveling from other states as far as NC, VA, NY etc..they made them fill applications and the next morning they make them pay a non refundable $50 fee..then they divide them in the 2 groups of people with and without commercial driver licenses...cdl
2) For the people with NO cdl's they make them sign a $3000 LOAN plus interests to get their licenses..after having publish it is for free..
3) For the people WITH cdls..they offer a "brain wash" class training in which they promise them thousands of dollars IF they LEASE a truck and become COMPANY DRIVERS .. YOU CAN READ ABOUT THE HUNDREDS OF VICTIMS OF THIS SCAM LEASES ON the internet if you google "cr england lease complaints..." and/or web sites like "pissed customer.com" ..but so far nothing has been done about it by any authority..

4) Basically, they make people who lease pay for repairs and/or maintenance for their used lease trucks deducting these expenses from the 0.90 cents per mile they offer to leasers of trucks..There are people in bankruptcy loosing their assets after CR england apply the small letter paragraphs in their contract leases which only favors the company not the drivers...

5) if the driver chooses to be a "company driver" not leasing..they just fire such individuals..not after being worked for cr england FOR 3 to 6 months at the pay rate of $20 PER DAY if the driver is waiting to be pick up at a motel called "Home town lodge" located in Hamond IN tel 219-5540000. If the diver is being pick up for 20 hours of day work is being paid $60... CR england force people to sign a paper to acknowledge they can only be OFF DUTY..not working or sleeping in the truck... 4 hours in a 24 hours period called "day log". This means that workers for cr england are being ripped off because in 24 hours period they can only have 4 hours of free personal time--not in the truck...for $60 day rate..that is way below the minimum legal salary in any state in the US.

6) the crash training or refreshment is being promised for 10 days in the web site is cut to only 2 days in class and 1 day being evaluated in a truck by a trainer...basically the trainer writes if the person is able or not to move the truck a few blocks...then your are called by the training coordinator mentioned before Ms Aimme Monik and is being told by her... "congratulations...you are officially hired and graduated..." and sent to wait for your truck at the motel...
This means that people with NO experience is placed to drive a 80 TON truck in the highway..offering a risk to the rest of people and to themselves... new drivers for cr england don't know that it is their cdl in risk of being penalized for any not trained offense by the police..something like not stopping at the weight station.. non experienced drivers don't know abut it after they have the violation ticket..

Something must be done or investigated...hundreds of people like me victims of this fraud..hundreds of drivers being under pay...cheap or free labor for a company only interested in the profit coming from their leased trucks to innocent people... people in the highway in risk of being hit by not well trained drivers in a cr england huge truck.. a false negative offer done online wth the only purpose of fraudulent income...

And yes, some thing needs to be done to this company.

Their website clearly states that the cost is at least $1995, not free.

"As a student at one of the C.R. England trucking schools you will receive the best training in the industry for as little as $1, 995. Truck driving school can be paid for through one of 3 easy plans:

Pay in Full (Great Deal): When you pay your tuition in full with cash, check or credit card at the beginning of the course, you will receive a $1, 000 discount. That comes out to a full tuition of $1, 995. A $1, 000 reimbursement is given to company drivers who have completed three years of driving service.
Financing (Base Plan): When you sign a note with Eagle Atlantic Financial Services, your $2, 995 tuition will be paid at 18% interest. Through this option, $55 per week will be deducted from your paycheck, beginning four weeks from the loan date for a period of 18 weeks. At that point, a payment of $75 per week will be collected until the full note plus interest has been collected.
