Beware of the Cricket Wireless at 7440 Louisburg Rd, Raleigh, N.C. They told me one thing then did another. I purchased 2 phones with 2 months service, activation and cases. $220. I got them home where we use the cell phones the most and could not get the AT&T service. It would ring 1 of 5 times. The other 4 would go to voice mail. If I walked out side I could get some coverage.
My old sprint phones worked great in the house but the AT&T Cricket service was very spotty. It worked when I drove around just fine but I need it to work mostly at home. I returned the next day and they said they would refund everything except 2 months service. Their computer was down so I had to go back next day. Then they changed their mind and only refunded the 2 phones $118.
They said they could not refund cell phone cases and the service that was stated on the receipt and I was told they would. ( bait and switch). I said how about the activation? It said nothing on the receipt about not refunding this and they said it was implied because they were suppose to charge a restocking fee that they did agree to wave. I said it did not state that on the receipt and he just shrugged.
They just made up the rules and took my $100. It is not my fault I could not get service around my house.
They have poor customer service their and I would stay away from this location. They will not work with you and then they will steal your money.
