Former Supervisor Terrible

I was employed at Crossmark until June 2019. Because I didn’t have chicken that wasn’t up to temperature I was terminated by Brandilyn Hajduk. She basically ruin by life. I called her the day was supposed to work which was Tuesday June 11, 2019 and ask what was going on. She reply to me you are no longer working at Crossmark. I was supposed to talk Randell Ross when I got on the phone he wasn’t there. Ms. Hajduk didn’t have courtesy to terminate me in person she did this over the phone. I recently tried to get my job back after 29 months. I feel it’s Ms. Hajduk did things to me that’s why I’m not going be hire back. I found out recently she quit Crossmark and when to Walmart in Illinois. I wish Walmart would found out what a terrible person and terminate her like she did to me.

Rehiring at Crossmark

I was terminated at Crossmark 29 months ago. For not having chicken that wasn’t up to temperature. After 29 months I decided to ask for my job back. On October 2, 2021. I emailed Crossmark that I was interested in pursuing in getting my job back. Crossmark answer my email on Monday. I was supposed to have interview on Tuesday. The interview was abruptly cancel. The manager wasn’t going to hire me back. I basically did nothing wrong. I feel that I should get a second chance. This is company so stupid that they crying for workers and won’t even consider me for a position with this company. I had 9 years of event specialist. I need to come back and prove to people I have change over 29 months.

Poor Communication/lack integrity

Since the transition of this company in 2018, there has been poor to no communication. In transition it was one of the worst ever. Today the communication is still poor. Communication is the key to the success of any company. There are no benefits but only demands. This company have showed and demonstrated no integrity from the beginning. Here we are in 2021 and still are being treated with no respect. There have not one time owned up to transitioning a new system and over 4000 employees at the same time. There was so much time spent on our personal time to get answers to help us be successful. Employees worked in a help capacity at the Sam's club stores through the pandemic and received nothing. Other companies compensated with nice bonuses we received only a onetime that would only pay for gasoline for one day. Now you want the demonstration to fully go back to pre-pandemic responsibilites with danger really not cleared. No pay raises, no incentives and now a well thought out plan that entail safety protocols. No formal email from the company just communication from our supervisor. Not a virtual or in person meeting from regional or management to hear valid concerns. When you treat your employees as if they don't matter you loose them. What you sow you will reap. We need sick time, higher wages and a company that honors their strategic plan and Moral values.

Supervisor took tickets away after i gave resignation

I gave my two weeks notice after the acting supervisor from California called and berated me for supposedly not using VOLT for the Walmart team. Keep in mind i had been with Crossmark for over 6 years with an exemplory record. She asked me 5 times how i was logging into VOLT. I told her five times over and over again. Then she proceeds to yell at me stating that I had not scheduled my stores. I schedule my stores every Sunday and Crossmark is famous for adding projects throughout the week. My wife was there and was listening to her. I also had it recording on my phone because i have a hard time hearing due to being a Veteran in the Vietnam era and working in engine rooms. She asked me if i would be doing my stores that day and i let her know i would. I decided to give my resignation since i was partially retired and only getting 9.58 an hour anyway. As soon as i did that and i was at my store almost two hours away she pulled my tickets so I could not report my work. When i emailed back and questioned it she claimed she had not idea i was working my stores since I had given my resignation. I have gotten a hold of ethics and still nothing at all no explanation that they decided to pull my tickets or terminate me immediately. Nothing! We need to start a lawsuit against them! This is not right nor is it a correct way to do good business practices! Not even ethical!

Discrimination

I am writing to complain about crossmark. I have been with crossmark for 8yrs with no problems. As of April 8 I was told to take a medical leave of absence by my supervisor. She neglected to tell me the process of how that process worked and was without income for three months. Upon my return to work on Aug 15th I have received nothing but problems from my supervisor and as of now i have been terminated because an employee under me told her i did not show up for work but I was there. So I was terminated on the basis of someone not liking me as there supervisor.i have had numerous issues with my supervisor. I feel discriminated against for my race and my disibilitys

Crossmark

I skipped a couple of events in April on jet due to having car trouble was left a voicemail asking if I was still interested in the position so I left a voicemail back said yes I'm still interested in the position and to call me back and I waited and no one called me back so I noticed i couldn't login on salestrak or jet so thought I was let go and I received a call in May asking me to update my personal email so I called field support and found out I'm still an employee so I asked for my supervisor's name. I emailed the supervisor no response I even texted the supervisor still no response I have even called still nothing and in the process of all of this I am now inactive on jet but can login on salestrak and still refuses to put me on the schedule and still not getting no answers

Retaliation

Since working with this company i too have noticed and experienced the same treatments of discrimination, harrassment and retaliation actions towards me after contacting HR about my working conditions. I feel that so much dirt has taken place and been covered up by the Hispanic race (from the supervisor and lead ) that this is the reason no-one is fired and complaints about them go unanswered. We all people of a whole no matter color or race and with due fairness should all receive the same treatment and follow rules. Its a really bad rep of Crossmark when the same promblem is continued after workers complaints against her and her lead has gone unmet from the past years to current from workers whom never met or know of each other. No company should put up with a unethical, degrading employer of such ; this woman should have been thoroughly investigated and terminated a long time ago but, due to unfairness of whom shes befriended shes only giving a slap on wrist and continue on to retaliate against who ever complained about her. Petty!!!! Unprofessional and very low down!! Its Crossmark Fault.. My situation is a matter of me being hired by another company inwhich after my complaint was brought to my supervisor attention days before my orientation for new postion, i was told that the company placed a hiring freeze and that they didnt know if i would be in that postion! What! This is after i was already hired that she said something to them that blocked me. Shes discussed this matter amongst fellow coworkers and the Sams employees which whom mocked and laughed of this in my present. She also stated that yes she has friends and how she is loved by them because of what she does. Unmoral, mask wearing racists.!! Everyone on here is speaking of the same issue and should be compasated after this bullied, racist treatment. This would not only put a stop to unfairness retaliation but would show that Crossmark does not accept it.

Do a drug test. Everyone on here is speaking of the same issue and should be compasated after this bullied, racist treatment. This would not only put a stop to unfairness retaliation but would show that Crossmark does not accept it.
