Ripped off

I purchased a pamper voucher for my wife - when she rang to book it she was told there are no spaces left- tried contacting cudo for a refund got no reply until finally they said they cannot refund as they are only the advertiser and the vouche has expired- be very carefull buying from cudo - if you read all the online reviews there are many other people experiencing issues.

RESORT

I purchased a five night stay from Cudo staying at The Pearl Resort in Fiji.
It was advertised as a Newly-Refurbished Boutique resort but infact was quite the opposite.
I have photos showing huge holes in the bedhead covered in mould and other problems we encountered which ended with us leaving the resort earlier.
I originally sent a email on June 1st 2014 to complain about the misleading information to which Cudo responded to quickly. They asked for the photos which I emailed back on June 2nd 2014. I have sent several emails since and finally had a response on July 2nd 2014 advising that a response would be available within 48 hours.
A week later I am STILL WAITING !!!
VERY disappointed.

Delayed delivery

have made a purchase on this site on the 24/1/2012, The expected delivery should be 2 to four weeks and until now have not received the item yet. I have emailed the customer service several times and requested to have this order refunded but sick of all their excuses. Please think before buying with CUDO and don't expect any refund if they don't meet their commitments. Don't fall on their ads "100% HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER OR YOUR MONEY BACK' since if you start complaining and asking for refund you only get a automated reply and NO ONE WILL EVEN GETS BACK TO YOU ABOUT YOUR REQUEST. They will just ignore your emails!!!

Delayed delivery

Same here. I havent received an item purchased in January either, No phone number to call CUDO and after several emails they say I cannot have a refund because its on its way! That was 6 weeks ago and after several emails I havent got a refund or my product. I wont be buying through CUDO again!
