TWO Credit Inquires unauthoruzed

I just looked at my credit report and I have two credit hard inquiries on my report and did not know they came from. PayPal!! This is not ok!! I have had a PayPal account for eBay purchases for years and a debit card! I never applied for a credit card and I have two hard inquiries!! I want that removed now! I do not want credit and have not been applying!!!! Disgusted and will be looking at complaint options!
