Good Day

I have been applying for UIF at the labor department in alberton since June 05 2017, I was sent from pillar to post for approximately 5 times being told my documents are incorrect "DOCUMENTS I RECEIVED FROM THEM". After finally getting the "correct" documents in August 2017 I was told my application has been submitted I have to wait for 35 working days to return and check if application has been approved and was told to ignore any SMS within three weeks that states that the application was rejected! I received the sms the very same day upon my arrival home so as they said I ignored the sms., After 35 days I returned to check my application which was 07 November 2017 and I was told there is a document that was not loaded, the guy who assisted me assured me that he has loaded the document and I must return in 10 days to check the status of my application. Upon my return after 10 days I was assisted by a lady who told me my application hasn't been processed once again I have to return after 10 day she told me all documents are submitted and its another department that is liable to process the application in so saying I have to return for the 12th time after 10 days to check application and I stay far from alberton and this has been going on for the past 6 months. Who can Hear me out as I need my money. (VERY ANGRY)

Good day my is Amukelani Baloyi, this morning visited the alberton branch after was turned away at Orlando west department of home affairs due to computer theft and i was advised to go to any other branch-to submit UIF form, now the alberton branch turned by back to orlando saying they cant help me.

I was pregnant and im still healing this causing strain to me as well as street please advice.
