I applied for my late husband's uif on the 26th of January 2015 submitted all relevant documents. 6months later I have not received payment instead I get told that on his employment history there is a company ochre media that he was working for in 2013. I have told them that I do not know of such company, & if they can delete it from his records as it also shows that he was not earning a salary from that company. Now I get told that, that deletion might take a while & I must check once a month for any outcomes. How long must I wait for this to get sorted out when I have already been waiting for 6months? In springs they do not have the capacity to make that deletion, so it must be done in germiston. When I call the germiston office no one answers their phone or they pick & put on the side.
