I worked 5yrs straight from 2005 - 2011 permanent. I resigned and didnt know that you HAD to apply for UIF with in 6months why in 6 months where do my money then go to!!! Then a lady told me to go out and get a casaul job or contract sumwhere just to pick your money up thi was in 2015 she gave me a contract job and I applied for UIF. After contracting for 4months and in 2014 I worked 3months The money I got out of UIF the man behind the kiosk said that all that money falls away. I ONLY get money for the 4years back from 2015. SO WHERE DID MY MONEY GO OF CNA if this is SUPOSE 2BE A Unemployment INSURANCE FUND. So can imake a CASE OPEN againt these PEOPLE because that is unexceptable that my money fell AWAY WHERE to. I claimed for maternity leave I was paid out for the 3months while working at CNA in 2007 but I worked 3yrs after that permanently still where IS THAT MONEY!!!!!! I only got 2payouts SO LITTLE why don't use check. What happend !!! Look how little that money was WHERE Is that 3yrs money.

I submitted my claim 22 May 2015 at Krugersdorp offices after being sent back 5 times because some documentation was incomplete according to the person that is at reception on that day, even today I still don't have a way forward. Each time I go to the labor offices they tell me the my application has not been captured and that they will make an enquiry, The manager promised to resolve the matter and call me but NOTHING, even today the department is sitting with my papers without capturing them on the system and I am left to struggle with a new born baby. I have reached a ceiling and don't know what to do now. Please help.
