Game freeze-big wins gone

I would say 6 out of 10 big wins result in game freeze and coins are not recovered. Now with new big bonuses and tournaments - you never win. Costs millions of coins to remain in 12 minute tournament and you win like 40,000 coins. What a greedy company that has about the number 1 app. I just don't understand what more you could want? Sheesh, lighten up on the coins and pay back what you owe so many of us fools. Thank you, I think.

False advertising

On the 18th and 19th of January 2017 I purchased 1.4 billion chips the advertised price was $199 yet I was charged $279 this happened twice and I did not notice until I received email from Google. On the 19th of January you guys best have a real good look at yourselves and stop ripping people off.Rgs David Barr [email protected] player name Skippy. several charges to my account but not coins

QUICK HITS BIG TIME RIP OFF READ THIS

I was at level 181, with just over 700,000,000.00 coin , it locked up and took all my coin and started me at level 80, with 113,000.00 coin , I'd I had to buy or they had to replenish me back what they took

Do the math

700mil coins รท 12.5 mil coin for $199.99 = just over $11,000 real dollars ,

This reset has happened 4 times , what thiefs they are , no way to complain , what a bunch of thief 'n so in so's

Game constantly locks up after a big win , take all coins won , and restarts me at level 1, twice it's happened in 2 weeks , once it took me from level 82, $2.2 mil in coin , latest was today , level 56, $16.9 mil in coin , not bad for them if I purchase 1.2 mil for $99, they just robbed me of $1400-1500 , bad bad con game

fraudulent purchases reimbursement / stolen cc#

My mother in law & her daughter both got hit for big bank account hits cause someone hacked into their accounts on Dragonplay Slots & purchased $650-$700 in coins. Can you guys track down the phone or profile it was purchased for. I have a good idea who but need to be certain before taking action. Please help me.

Taking of 200K Point Each Time I Sign In To Play Game

I have purchased a significant amount of chips to play Dragonplay. However, when I sign into play one of the games, the system takes 200K points from me. I do not understand how this occurs since I have paid significantly to get these chips.

I have been trying to reach someone, anyone to complain and to get my chips restored without any success.

Does anyone know how to reach these folks? It is really disappointing they take your $$ without anyway to reach them if you have problems..

Please advise how to move forward....thanks.

Dragonplay Slot City

Ive been playing for at least two months. Within that time a purchased some coins, 120,000 to be exact. Something went wrong , I kept getting messages to sign in again. When I finally got back to the game, i only had 1 thousand coins. I lost a total of 178,744 I tried calling my i tunes account and they gave me this website, but nobody responds. So I purchase more coins and the same thing occurred when i reached a total of over 150,000 coins . This time I lost another 192,000 coins, making a total of 370,784 . I cannot get any one to contact me and assist me. my e-mail is [email protected] Please somebody hear me out and assist me and others who are having issues.

Fuck this Game! complaint

I have here the same problem. Dragonplay has cahrged more than 350 EURO off my creditcard account without autohorization.
The samen problem like nezza1, i have buy1d chips, it kept comming up transaction cancceld!!

money taken no coins

WE TRIED TO BUY COINS FOR THE POKER MACHINE WE WERE PLAYING BUT IT KEPT COMMING UP TRANSACTION CANCELLED(EVERYTIME). WE TRIED THIS 11TIMES THINKING MAYBE WE WERE DOING SOMETHING WRONG BUT EACH TIME IT SAID THE SAME THING. THAT IN ITSELF IS FINE EXCEPT THAT THET HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY OUT OF MY BANK AND ALL THESE TRANSACTIONS ARE CLASSED AS OUTSTANDING IN MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS OVER $250. I CANNOT GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE TO FIND OUT WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON AND THE BANK CANT DO ANYTHING EITHER AS THEY ARE IN LIMBO AT THE MOMENT. HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THIS. IT HAS BEEN 5 BUSINESS DAYS SINCE THIS HAPPENED AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THEY KNOW THEY ARE WRONG. PLEASE HELP I AM RUNNING OUT OF IDEAS AS TO WHAT TO DO........

Poor service

I refuse to update to the latest update. There is no reason this game needs to be able to turn on my wifi and reconfigure my wifi wireless hotspots to work. Connecting my wifi to the wrong wireless network for whatever reason they have planned is a MAJOR security risk. As an IT Tech myself I find it hard to believe that anyone programmer or IT would even think about implementing something like this.

Every update they want more unneeded control over your phone and this most recent one is more than I am willing to allow them to do. Un-installing.

Poor service

I have had my account for over a year, it crashed, took all my chips, buddies, and my 5 blue star rating, I have 8 open customer support claims that they have not responded to, no way to reach them, the support buttons on the webpage dont even work, I sent an email to the big cheese Sharon Tal, [email protected], I will also leave poor ratings every where I go.
