i have sent a number of emails and still have not got help i still can not use this program. i insist that i either get a phone call or something to fix this or i am calling both angies list and better bussiness bureau. i have been very patient with this should have read reviews before purchasing.

downloaded dvd shrink when I insert a movie to start, it won't work. just says there is an error. don't know what to do now

I tried the DVD Shrink software trail version,found ok.So I purchased the full version of DVD Shrink,When I went to try the full version,much to my surprise it did not work.So I requested a refund the day after.After much e-mails back & forth from the support team,I was under the impression that my refund would be forth coming.Much to my surprise when I received my monthly statement the charge was still there.I contact the support team,was told to e-mail [email protected] more than a dozen e-mails,back & forth.This person called Mark (manager)tells me very rudely that only he can confirm a refund.Even after sending all e-mails that he asked for.He also kept calling me Miss.I told him I was a man & also a Sir Knight in the Knights Of Columbus.He replied that I could be the King of Burma for all he cared.There would be no refund,because they do not refund programs
